The staff were really friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and had all the amenities we required.

The hotel is good but the house keeping is poor. It is not clean and tissue papers are never refilled.

very good location in Munich downtown and the room is big and clean, just the parking is a bit expensive for a night. The breakfast with many options and tasty

The room booked is queen room with sofa bed but when arrived for checked in only 2 single bed is provided.

Breakfast is good!! Gym Is good.. Staff are kind. But room cleaning is bad.

The location is good and not far away from Munich Train station, almost every tram you can take from train station and only two stops, you will arrive in this hotel.

Unbeatable location with tram and S Bahn very close to the hotel; the supermarket right in front is also a major plus; the price with breakfast is also great (so choose to book with trip.com when the price is right!)

Overall it's good, the location is very good, but the room facilities are average, the central air conditioning system is not adjustable, the toilet exhaust system is sometimes not, and it is also not adjustable, the room ventilation is poor, very stuffy, not bad! The purpose is convenience!
