It was my first time booking a foreign hotel. It was very convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The guy at the front desk was also good. Ctrip is quite powerful. It was very good. The breakfast in the German hotel was quite rich.
Facilities: Very new, TV has welcome message, convenient transportation, very close to subway station
Sanitation: Very clean, no smell
Environment: Quiet, just opposite the exhibition hall, beautiful scenery
Service: Warm and thoughtful
Breakfast: Too many people, you have to queue up to get drinks and coffee, very rich
Transportation
I chose this hotel because it is close to the convention center and only one subway stop away. It is OK to use, after all, it has the advantage of distance. The living environment is average, the breakfast is very good, I like it very much! The beautiful lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic! I can recommend it!

I was satisfied with everything about the hotel, including its location, facilities, and the friendliness of its staff.
In particular, the location was right in front of the subway station exit, and there was a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, so it was very convenient for moving around the city, shopping, and eating.
If I visit Munich again next time, I would definitely stay here again.
My stay at the hotel was great. The room is relatively spacious and clean, overall the experience was really comfortable. The hotel however is slightly far from the city but metro station is within a 15 minutes walk. The staff is friendly but it does get busy sometimes at the reception. I managed to had a good rest and a pleasant stay there.
The transport links are very good, there is a bus stop right in front of the house. The furnishings are very well maintained and new, in a rustic style. The bathroom is very clean.
It was a clean and new hotel! I chose it because of its cheapness and cleanliness, but it was far from the Central station, so you had to take a Subway to get there, and it was pretty countryside, so the location was a minus!
Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.
Breakfast is good, the room is soundproof, the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition, the underground second floor parking lot, but there is a charge, all stay in the hotel and charge parking fees, it feels not suitable, 25 euros a day. Downstairs is the shopping mall, there are two supermarkets downstairs, very convenient. 8 km from the city

Great
KKEJIAAdvantages, the room is ok, very clean, can cook, the supermarket is downstairs, the car can be parked on the side of the road for free. Disadvantages: the room is not very big, the taste of cooking is easy to stay in the room, go to the city Far away, there is no washing machine in the room, and there is an additional laundry to dry.
GGuest UserThe service staff at the hotel were very nice. The parking lot was full. They accompanied me to find free parking spaces in the surrounding areas and even held an umbrella for me.
GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is very quiet, the hotel is relatively small, two floors, the room is a bit small, the two beds are very crowded, the rest can have an aisle to walk, the bed is very narrow 0.9 meters, maybe the hotel bed in Munich is similar; I stayed for three days and the bathroom was not replaced and cleaned. In addition, the floor drain in the shower room seemed to be blocked and the water was very slow. Every time I stepped on the puddle to take a shower; the boss is Chinese, and he takes care of Chinese compatriots. It is good to stay temporarily for business.
