Great location, within 5-10 minutes walk from Nagano Train Station. Good amenities and service provided by the hotel. Friendly and professional hotel staff. Laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers that work well. Reception staff can provide change of 100yen coins for the laundry machines.

The hotel is clean. The amenities is quite complete. There are complimentary breakfast. The dishes is quite simple but comforting. Overall pleasant stays. Overall we have pleasant stays.

Hotel service is excellent, room is very clean and breakfast is delicious (Japanese cuisine) . We enjoy staying there for 8 days, 15 minutes walk from Nagano JR line. If you have many luggages on your way back to Nagano JR station (too much shopping done after the trip 😅) suggest you let the hotel staff know they will book a taxi for you ( only cost JY 900). I had a pleasant stay and fully recharge after a short break. Definitely will be back again. ありがとございますた。

The hotel is old but clean, no public bath. Parking is not complimentary. Location is not near to the attraction. Hotel is located beside the train track but the noise is acceptable. The amenities provided is just some basic stuff. The front line staff at the desk doesn't even smile with courtesy when i asked him questions.

Around 8 minutes waking to JR Nagano Station. Parking is not complimentary though, would require ¥1,200/stay.

Spotless! The room was very clean and spacious… big enough to open my luggage 😅. We liked their hospitality to offer plenty options of amenities. Hotel is generous with their drinks at lobby that I can get my choice of wake up drink before I start my day. Highly recommended!!

Convenient location,close to 5 minute walk to Nagano station, lots of places to eat and shop. The room was clean and the stuffs members were polite.

The drink bar in the lobby is very nice, tasty milk green tea and coffee. I like the breakfast also.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities provided in self-help buffet style are plentiful and freely available. There is also a good choice of pillows (Simmons, Tempur, Japanese). We also enjoyed the massage chair inside the room itself.

Room is big for a family of 3.

Location is slightly distanced (1km) from station but it’s very peaceful and quiet. Relaxed! We have a very good rest at the hotel following long day trip.
