The hotel is quite new, the front desk and lobby guys are very good and smiling.
The only thing is that there are no restaurants nearby. But the hotel also has a restaurant.
Although I didn't use the rooftop swimming pool, it looks good.

The ambiance around was calm and quiet, peaceful if i may add, Service was warm and very welcoming coz the staff were kind even from the simple security staff, big up to the chef, the meal was quite exquisite, but the experience was a total delite.👍

We stayed for a night at the Okash and loved everything about it. The room was amazing. Very clean and spacious Bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. Big thanks to Joy. She was our point of contact and made our stay even better.

Okash City Boutique Hotel had lovely staff, good service and beautiful rooms - it is close to the airport so great for staying just after/before a flight. Restaurant was also accommodating for dietary requirements which was great! Thank you!

Good location, it’s a new hotel building with very comfortable and spacious room. Bathroom is very modern, hotel amenities are fine, Wi-Fi is very good. Hotel Staff is very dedicated to offer the guest a pleasant stay. Breakfast is well diversified and the roof cafe has a panoramic view of Nairobi. One missing point is the non/alcoholic policy of the hotel, but you may bring it to your room. Price is very adequate to what it offers

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, the bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The food is delicious, there was no need to go out looking for better alternatives. Yet, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service by the most welcoming, accommodating staff I have ever come across. They truly make you feel like home, and try to fulfill every wish of their guests. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
