Atour Hotels in Nanjing

Highly recommend hotel. The best hotel ever. Too many great things inside the hotel. The staff very kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. You not only can use the laundry facilities for free but the staff will help you to send the done clean and dried clothes to your room. The room big enough. The bed and comforter was very comfortable. Variety breakfast with cheap price. The cleanliness iof the room and all place was excellent. If there only 1 to 10 rate, I will rate it as 20 😄

Before going, I called to ask about the differences between the rooms. They said that the most expensive room had an openable window. Because I was with my child, and both my child and I were prone to allergies, I thought I would book the most expensive room, which should be better. On a Saturday night in Nanjing, plus a 48-yuan breakfast for two people, it would cost more than 600 yuan, which is not very cheap. Ctrip has a service to enter the room four hours in advance. We went there at about 11 o'clock. The brother and sister at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They poured water for us and quickly helped us get the room. I was shocked when I entered the room. It was small, super small. The picture is what you see is what you get. So the skylight means the window facing the patio??? The floor was just mopped and there was water. I thought about it, so I didn't change it. Then the welcome fruit was delivered in the afternoon. I thought it was very late, so they said we would be delivered directly if we were not there in the afternoon. Because I was with my child, I wanted the child to take a nap at noon and go out to play, so I hung a do not disturb sign at the door. Then, at about two or three o'clock, the front desk called directly and asked if it could be delivered, saying that they saw a do not disturb sign hanging at the door. I was really shocked. Otherwise, why would they put up a do not disturb sign??? So that they would not be disturbed by phone calls? Then, as expected, the baby was allergic. He woke up in the middle of the night because of itching all over his body. He scratched for about an hour before falling asleep. The soft drinks provided were four bottles of mineral water, two bottles of tea, and a small can of Coke. The nuts were the ones in the picture. The welcome fruits were a few small tomatoes, apples, and tangerines. The breakfast cost 48 yuan, and no one checked the room card number at the door, and the variety was just so-so. The service was fine, the location was also OK, and I was speechless about the rest.

Very convenient location, right at the Fuzimiao Station Exit 3,4. The staff are very kind and generous. We arrived early and were really tired, they let us early check in without extra charge. Also can check out at 14.00. The restaurants around the hotels are nice KFC, xiaoyang pan fried etc. Very close to all the tourist spots and walkable. Really recommend this hotel.

Safety is always a priority for me when traveling alone, and I felt completely secure within the premises. The hotel has 24-hour security and a well-lit entrance, which added to my peace of mind. Additionally, the location is fantastic. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the opportunities to meet others in the communal lounge area. It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and I had the chance to connect with fellow travelers and share experiences. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, especially solo female travelers. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a safe environment made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return to this little oasis on my next trip to China!

For some reason the receptionists kept on interrogating me about the stamped paper foreigners are given when renewing our visas with the excuse that they receive lots of foreigners so they dont know if rules have changed or not. They couldn’t even communicate with me in english so i definitely don’t believe that. Meanwhile if that paper wasnt legal, the train station in my city would even have allowed me to get on a train. That ‘interrogation’ was very stressful for me. It was back and forth even after going to my room. for about an hour or so Ive never had an issue checking in with this paper being in chima for about 5 years so it was really strange to me. And for some reason, another receptionist asked where im from after glaring at me as i was coming to the desk to check out like ‘what the f*ck am i looking at?’ As if thats part of her business. Checking in stresed me, checking out annoyed me.

The guest room facilities are quite comfortable. It is a typical business hotel suitable for business travelers. The front desk receptionist is very enthusiastic. When checking in, each guest will be given a small cup of tea. Another time, when I was waiting for my friend to go out for dinner downstairs, the receptionist even brought a small cup of honey water. The surrounding environment is elegant. Next to the hotel is the gate tower of the ”Qinhuai Ancient Yi” city wall - the ancient city tower of ”Huijing Gate” and the small pavilion of ”Zhongshan Post”, as well as the horse tie posts and horse grass and water troughs of the ancient post station. The surrounding dining is also very convenient. Among them, ”Nanjing Dapaidang” is worth a visit - enjoy authentic Huaiyang cuisine, and it is very cost-effective.

In this hotel, I felt the warmth of home. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with smiles and warm greetings that instantly put me at ease. The service staff at the front desk answered all my questions patiently and meticulously, and recommended me food and attractions around the hotel. Check-in was also very fast, allowing me to get into my room and rest as quickly as possible. The layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the bed is soft, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The decorative paintings on the walls and the small ornaments on the table all reveal a refined taste. What surprised me most was that fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne were also prepared in the room, which added a special surprise to my trip. The hotel's facilities are also very complete. The gym has advanced equipment, the swimming pool has clear water, and the sauna is warm and comfortable. Whether I want to exercise or relax, this place can meet my needs. In addition, the hotel also provides free wireless Internet, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world at any time during the trip.

The room is very large, the service is considerate, the facilities are complete, there is free parking, and the details are very considerate, such as wireless charging, which is very friendly for those who forget to bring the charging cable when they go out.

Nice hotel in a convenient location (basically right next to 夫子庙） and a really nice bridge that's on a lot of online itinerary recommendations。 However, there were weird yellow and red stains on the towel with someone's maroon hair (I have black hair). I even threw the towel on the floor before housekeeping came to try to get a new one but even the newly rolled up one had a yellow splotch in it.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is timely, and the room type is upgraded for free if there are spare resources. It is very convenient to order takeout, and there are robots that can deliver it upstairs. I always stay in Atour when I come to Nanjing, but this time there is a little surprise. This Atour has a semi-open terrace on the sixth floor with a view and a sports field. The restaurant provides free porridge and side dishes after 9:30 pm. When we checked out, the child's clothes were left in the room. The staff contacted us and patiently helped me send them to Shanghai by express. The clothes are very cheap, but the child bought them newly. Special thanks!
