__WeChat61525****The environment here is absolutely fantastic, no complaints there. The amenities are great too, especially the bed – it's incredibly comfortable. My only minor issues were that the air conditioning unit seemed a bit old and made some noise, and the lighting was a little too dim for my preference. Other than that, everything was excellent. It's a peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling area. You have to walk a bit to catch a taxi or rent a bike, but that's a small price to pay. I'll definitely be back. The reception staff at the entrance were also very welcoming, thoughtful, and provided attentive service. Breakfast was a bit simple, but good enough.

MMissus GeeRoom Room came with a beautiful view and the rooms here were above level 37. Downside was the air conditioner was centralized and no way to adjust the temperature. Our room was very warm and stuffy in a cold winter night. After speaking to the front desk, they offered a change of room, which was definitely way better than the first room. Location 20 mins car ride from Nanjing south station. A huge mall with many offerings, including an indoor playground for kids, could be reached within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast Great international spread with the usual stations - egg, salad, noodle, pastry, fruits, etc. Service Concierge at level one was very helpful! Proactive is offering assistance. Pool Temperature was alright during the winter. Although the water looks clean, our daughter had a stye on the eye after a swim.

MM468277****The hotel is good in all aspects, but food lovers want to focus on the hotel's food. To be honest, the food is very good. In addition to the combination of Chinese and Western food, the breakfast buffet surprisingly has Nanjing snacks, which is great and tastes very authentic. As a person who has lived in Nanjing for many years, the hometown flavor is too strong. I actually saw the authentic Nanjing fried stinky tofu, which is rare in the current service. The small black pieces. The duck blood vermicelli soup is a full set, with heart, liver, blood, etc., sweet osmanthus sugar taro, beef pot stickers, pig skin noodles, and small wontons. If you only want snacks, there is no need to go to Confucius Temple and other places to eat. The taste of Huaiyang cuisine is also quite authentic. But the midnight hall on the 3rd floor is a little small. I don’t know if there are other places.

GGuest UserI took my child to Dragon Nest and stayed here. The exterior and interior decoration are very beautiful, the price is affordable, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. After staying for one night, I will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of this hotel. Advantages: It is a new hotel, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a refrigerator, and a bathtub for children to take a bath. The breakfast is varied and tastes good. The child stayed for one night and said that he hopes to stay in this hotel often. It is a 10-minute walk from Xinghuo Station on Metro Line 3. There is a large shopping mall after getting off Xinghuo Station (you can buy snacks and drinks in this mall in advance if you go to Dragon Nest). The taxi fare from the hotel to Dragon Nest is 22 yuan. Disadvantages: Non-intelligent control, the panoramic glass on the road side has poor sound insulation, and the sound of every car passing by rubbing against the road can be heard. There is a gap under the door, and the sound insulation is even worse. The footsteps, the door opening and closing, and the voices of the opposite door are very clear. It is recommended that the hotel can install sound insulation strips under the door.

DdonkeyzzStayed at Andaz during the Chinese New Year holiday. Overall, the experience was just so-so. Here are the issues: 1. The carpet under the bed only covered half of it. The upper part of the bed had wheels, so whenever my 12-year-old son sat or moved slightly, the bed would shift or creak. 😞 2. Our booked package included executive lounge access. If only the staff had reminded us how to use it, we wouldn't have forgotten about it later. 3. We booked a deluxe twin room. I wouldn't mind not getting an upgrade, especially since it was already a low-floor, north-facing room. However, they said they upgraded us to a river view, but I must be blind because I couldn't see how it was a river view. 4. The breakfast area was cramped and included bar seating. During peak hours, we had to wait for a table, which made it feel like the hotel was understaffed to handle the holiday crowd. Pros: 1. The breakfast was rich and varied, served semi-buffet style, and the service was excellent. 2. It has direct access to a shopping mall, which is convenient for dining and shopping. Overall impression: The hardware isn't quite five-star, but it's compensated by a great breakfast. Aside from business meetings, I wouldn't personally choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe manager's focus during the renovation was on the style and footprint, resulting in a spacious environment as I'd expected. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and kids' club, were also as anticipated. The service was warm and professional, yet maintained the calm restraint you'd expect from a well-established hotel. A unique feature is the golf course and driving range right next door. In the evenings, there was an iron flower performance, and the lobby offered sugar paintings as a complimentary gift. Not rushing guests to check out was a very thoughtful touch, though conversely, people checking in seemed a bit antsy waiting. Overall, it's a place with a great atmosphere and quality, but the management and service feel a bit traditional, even a little old-fashioned.

GGuest UserTo visit the Six Dynasties Museum, learn about history, and appreciate Pei's architecture, staying at Shenghe Mansion is the best choice. Pei was an aristocrat in the old days of China. Its representative, Mr. I.M. Pei, is known as the last master of modern architecture. The Pei family has a deep family background, and its various legends have been lost in the old times. The Six Dynasties Museum was designed by Pei's senior design team led by Mr. Pei Jianzhong, the son of Pei, who systematically applied Pei's architectural modulus, Pei's architectural geometry, and Pei's architectural light and shadow. The lines of the entire building are particularly agile, as if flowing out of the long river of history, full of artistic sense. Nanjing Shenghe Mansion Hotel and the Six Dynasties Museum are integrated buildings. The hotel's lobby walker book house adopts a 3-story high design, and the roof translucent glass creates a sense of time and space. Black swans are raised on the Xiyuan terrace, forming a dynamic landscape facing modern landmarks such as the Zifeng Tower. A very enjoyable stay and viewing experience~

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service is not worth the room rate. The night before check-out, I asked for a late check-out until 3 o'clock, and the front desk agreed. On the day of check-out, I turned on the do not disturb light in the room and slept at 2 pm. The cleaner came and rang the doorbell to ask if I wanted to clean. Didn't they even check out the room? Can't you see the do not disturb light? Less than 10 minutes later, the front desk called to ask when to check out. It's not even 3 o'clock yet, okay? I hung up the phone and prepared to sleep for a while, but less than 10 minutes later, the front desk called again to ask when to check out. What the hell??? It's not even 3 o'clock yet, okay? ? ? Are you still letting me rest? ? ? There is nothing around the hotel, the location is very remote, and the nearest takeaway is 5km+. There is only one waiter in the hotel restaurant. The Chinese dishes are eaten in the western restaurant. The dishes are served very slowly because I have to wait for the chef to heat the pre-prepared dishes in the kitchen of the Chinese restaurant and send them to the western restaurant 🙂 The hotel business is not good and there are not many people staying. It is understandable, but I have to eat pre-prepared dishes at such a high price 🙂 The breakfast is okay, and the hotel has a good view.

GGuest UserIt is said to be the most famous hot spring hotel, and it certainly deserves its reputation. Very satisfied with the room and service. There are trees and water in the yard. You can put up a parasol and sit and drink tea and listen to music. The private soup is in a round ”chimney”. It must be very crowded in winter and a bit stuffy in summer. You can open the door to the yard. There is water dripping from a spot on the inner wall of the chimney, I hope it can be taken care of. Breakfast and afternoon tea were mediocre, but dinner was amazing, delicious and generous. There is an infinity swimming pool on the rooftop platform. Let’s experience it next time. You can also take children to see the Geological Museum at the foot of the hotel.
