The best staff of all time, and such a beautiful building with wonderful breakfast too.

Overall good experience, the hotel is a bit old but not much to complain about, it definitely filled its purpose.

Amazing view over the city and right next to the Railway station. Room was really nice, though at some point night need a refresh. Breakfast was nice, personal was really friendly! Recommend.

The hotel is too expensive for the level of the hotel , location is good , windows are dirty and can’t open , must watch the lake view through dirty window

Well, pretty far away to be called international hotel. Staff has been checking my passport for 15 minutes and gave me hard time. Didn’t feel so welcome at all as foreigner tbh

The hotel is located near Xuanwu Lake and Nanjing Station. It is about 200 meters from Metro Line 1. The transportation is very convenient. It is an old hotel with a good lake view room. When the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise. The hotel's dining is even more surprising. For dinner, I ordered Cantonese-style choy sum, stewed soup, beef brisket, Northwest barbecue, and seafood scallops. The taste is great. Worth recommending

The service is really considerate and proactive, not inferior to five-star. Welcome fruit was delivered to the room after check-in, and they folded our clothes after we left, leaving a note to inform us of the weather. Barley tea, boiled water, and wet wipes are provided in the lobby, and the staff will also take the initiative to deliver tea. We came back a little later the next day, and after communicating with the front desk, we were given a later check-out. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The hotel is next to Nanjing Station and opposite Xuanwu Lake, with unbeatable scenery. In addition to Ctrip's membership benefits, upgraded rooms + early check-in + late check-out, it is super value.

The room is very nice, with plenty of sunshine, overlooking Xuanwu Lake, close to Nanjing South Station, and convenient to Hongshan Forest Zoo. Free fruit was provided upon check-in. The breakfast was great, the duck blood vermicelli soup and beef noodles were better than outside! The restaurant waiter Han Yan was very patient.

It was too late to arrive at Nanjing Station, so I found a hotel to stay in. I was very satisfied! The hotel is right next to Nanjing Station, the location is convenient, Xiao Zhou at the front desk was enthusiastic and the check-in experience was very good.

The hotel is right outside Nanjing Station, and it's very convenient to walk there. The front desk lady is very pretty, and she arranged the room patiently and gently. The room has a wide view, and Xuanwu Lake is opposite, which is convenient for travel.

Right next to Nanjing Railway Station, 3 minutes to get off the subway, convenient for travel. You can hear the sound of cars on the expressway below when the window is open, but it is very quiet when the window is closed. The hotel has a robot that can deliver food to the room. The room is cleaned in a timely manner. The lake view is very good, but it was a bit foggy when I went there.

I stayed at the New Century Hotel on the east side of Nanjing Station before, and this time I wanted to try the Shuguang on the west side, so I came here. In general, it far exceeded my expectations, the facilities in the room were relatively new, the room layout was also good, the staff had a good service attitude, and the most important thing was that it was very close to Nanjing Station and the subway station, which made travel very convenient. I highly recommend it.
