Really good! The parking lot downstairs goes directly to the room and checks in online because the lobby and the room are not in the same building. There are mosquitoes at two o'clock in the evening. The front desk immediately arranged to send a call for mosquito coils ～ Super considerate and the scenery is super good. Downstairs is Xianlin Lake Park. Live next time

The room is quite good. There are two small holes in the sheets on the bed. I don't know if there is any noise in the bathroom. The bath mat in the bathroom is moldy. The service of the front desk guy is still very good. Overall it's OK.

Not only is the surrounding environment great, but there are also all kinds of food and convenience stores nearby. The restaurant overlooks the surrounding scenery. I still remember the fairy waitress at the front desk. After asking, I learned that her name was Morii. She was really kind and beautiful. Since our family of three arrived very late that day, she not only enthusiastically helped to check in, but also enthusiastically gave us a breakfast voucher. During the day, she also helped us recommend the must-eat food in the surrounding area. The service attitude was very good and I give her a big praise! The room was cleaned very cleanly, the room was large, the air was fresh, the view was wide, the view was good on the high floors, and the items were neatly arranged. The facilities are also very smart, the Sealy mattress is very comfortable, there are two robots in the lobby, and the children specially let the robots deliver things at night. Every time I take my children to travel, I like to book a guest house for the university and feel the beautiful environment of the campus. The children like it very much. However, friendly reminder: near summer, there are many green plants around, so there are many mosquitoes. If you sleep lightly, you must bring a mosquito repellent, because a few mosquitoes have not slept all night.

Before going, I called to ask about the differences between the rooms. They said that the most expensive room had an openable window. Because I was with my child, and both my child and I were prone to allergies, I thought I would book the most expensive room, which should be better. On a Saturday night in Nanjing, plus a 48-yuan breakfast for two people, it would cost more than 600 yuan, which is not very cheap. Ctrip has a service to enter the room four hours in advance. We went there at about 11 o'clock. The brother and sister at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They poured water for us and quickly helped us get the room. I was shocked when I entered the room. It was small, super small. The picture is what you see is what you get. So the skylight means the window facing the patio??? The floor was just mopped and there was water. I thought about it, so I didn't change it. Then the welcome fruit was delivered in the afternoon. I thought it was very late, so they said we would be delivered directly if we were not there in the afternoon. Because I was with my child, I wanted the child to take a nap at noon and go out to play, so I hung a do not disturb sign at the door. Then, at about two or three o'clock, the front desk called directly and asked if it could be delivered, saying that they saw a do not disturb sign hanging at the door. I was really shocked. Otherwise, why would they put up a do not disturb sign??? So that they would not be disturbed by phone calls? Then, as expected, the baby was allergic. He woke up in the middle of the night because of itching all over his body. He scratched for about an hour before falling asleep. The soft drinks provided were four bottles of mineral water, two bottles of tea, and a small can of Coke. The nuts were the ones in the picture. The welcome fruits were a few small tomatoes, apples, and tangerines. The breakfast cost 48 yuan, and no one checked the room card number at the door, and the variety was just so-so. The service was fine, the location was also OK, and I was speechless about the rest.

It was a one-night stay but the hotel was very cosy and welcoming.Location isn’t perfect but it takes a few mins by cab to get to some food stores and a Mall. It served perfectly my purpose of the stay so I would recommend it in case you need something not far from the Science University

The overall experience of staying in the hotel is very satisfactory. The front desk provides free luggage storage, and Xiao Li and Xiao Hong are efficient. The room is spacious. The breakfast is clean and hygienic and it is very reassuring to eat. It is very cost-effective and I come here often.

Staff: Staff were all friendly and really accommodating. There are also English-speaking staff in case there are tourists who (like myself) cannot speak the local language. Location: The hotel is located quite close to the Qixia Scenic Area (Ancient town -- then West Gate of the Qixia Mountain Scenic Area). It's far from the city center but the environment is still quite good. There is also a grocery store and several small restaurants nearby. There are more restaurants in the Ancient Town too. So it is still convenient while serving as a good retreat to relax and slow down. Accommodation: The hotel is nice, lobby looks amazing. Rooms are clean, also quite nice in design. Requested for a room with good internet connection (and silent area if possible) for work-related reasons and they certainly delivered. The environment is great and the room was located such that it was relatively quiet during the day. Cannot hear noises from the other rooms. Unfortunately, there were some really loud guests in the hallway at night (maybe communicating with friends or family but were shouting as they talk about something before entering their rooms) and the noise would reach the room. Otherwise, cannot hear anything as long as the guests are in their rooms. Breakfast: The room package came with breakfast - there is an option that comes with ticket to the scenic area but I didn't take this one. Breakfast is buffet with several dishes to choose from. Asian and Western options available. Also has several beverage choices - I was quite happy they have coffee on top of tea, juices, etc. Overall, I had a great stay here even if I had to spend most of the time working. Would consider coming back for vacation.
