Nanjing Xuanwu District Hotels

Receptionist are nice and kind, they try to help or answer questions. Room is big enough for 1-2 persons Cleanness is the issue here, first I got the room with full of hair on the floor and they gave my new room. But still hair on the floor but less than the first one. Breakfast is good, I’m satisfied.

I highly recommend this hotel. Firstly the swimming pool is the best hotel swimming pool I've ever used. It is long, easily 20-25 metres and also wide, but shallow with no deep water. Perfect for relaxing lap swimming. And it is always supervised. One tip. You'll have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at the front desk of the swimming pool, so make sure you bring something to pay for it on your first swim. Secondly, the hotel's location (on top of the Zhuzhianglu metro station) is perfect for getting to all the best places and attractions. And on cold days and hot days you can access the metro (press -2 in the lift) without having to deal with the weather. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. Rachel, Brittany, William, Allen, could not do enough to help me during my stay. Lastly, the shops and restaurants in the two basement levels offer a level of convenience that I have not received anywhere else that I have stayed. I was able to buy all essentials and have delicious Chinese food, incredibly affordably and conveniently.

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.

The hotel was overall okay, for the money that we paid, very decent. Although it’s quite cold in the rooms and they are very small. But despite all of that very enjoyed the stay, the staff at every nice and it’s very clean in the rooms.

My child started learning the great leader's poems when he was 3 years old. On his 6th birthday, he stayed at Zhongshan Hotel. The lobby manager upgraded him to a deluxe standard room for free. The hotel is clean and tidy. The room staff are enthusiastic, smiling, and proactive. Whether it is delivering mineral water or taking toothbrushes, they are very fast. The hotel is convenient for dining, transportation, and subways! My child recited ”A Million Heroes Crossing the Yangtze River” in the lobby...

Great location just south of Xianmen station. Quite tired looking from the outside but improves drastically upon approaching the lobby. The property is aged but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Bed is super soft, big desk and chair, couch is sturdy and the cup disinfector is a nice touch. Wifi speed is about 20 megs per second and there are tons of TV channels. Buffet breakfast had many options. Robot butlers on standby. Love the ceiling mounted showerhead. There was a fridge but it was locked, quite pointless. Overall this is easily the best place I’ve stayed in Nanjing and recommend it.

This hotel is located in the center of the city, near the 1912 district so there is a lot of restaurants, it is really convenient. In my opinion, it is also a more pleasant neighbourhood that Xinjiekou where are all the others hotels. It is a really recent hotel, so all the furnitures are new. It is really high-tech, the curtains opens automatically when you enter the room, there are some electronic buttons for a lot of things (maybe a bit too much high-tech sometimes ? you can’t leave a single light for reading in the evening when your partner is sleeping). The room is well furnished and spacious, it lacks maybe just a bit of space near the sink in the bathroom. The breakfast is really good and diverse and the staff is really nice and helpful, specially the doorman Sam. I really recommend you this hotel in Nanjing.

The hotel is located in Zhongshan Scenic Area, in the former front-line compound, and is also the former site of the National Revolutionary Army Survivors' School. It is very quiet, the environment is also very good, the transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to go to nearby attractions. We booked a courtyard double bed room, but arrived early, and the room had not been cleaned yet. My husband was not feeling well. In order to let us check in as soon as possible, Miss Zoe at the front desk helped us upgrade the room for free, which was really considerate. The hotel breakfast is 50 yuan per person, and the food and variety are quite satisfactory. If you book a room without meals, you can also pay for breakfast. Since the hotel is a new hotel, some facilities and services are still being planned and established. The restaurant currently only provides breakfast and coffee bar services, and cannot provide other formal dining services. The coffee bar is not open for a long time. It is recommended to extend the business hours so that guests staying in the hotel can have a place to spend money in the hotel at night. However, there are many restaurants next to the hotel or at the traffic lights at the exit of the compound. It is no problem to eat, drink coffee or drink tea. This time I saw Hanfu in the store, and I thought the hotel offered Hanfu makeup and travel photography services. After asking, I found out that this project is in preparation and has not started yet. I look forward to having Hanfu makeup and travel photography projects next time I go there.

This is a very unique hotel. Came here for a wedding a few years ago and had a very good first impression. I didn't expect this stay to be such an amazing experience. The front desk lady Cherry provided attentive and comfortable service. The room design is very ”Western” and the bed is soft and comfortable. The whole hotel is very comfortable and I will come again next time. This is a treasure hotel. 🤩

Overall, it's pretty good. The price/performance ratio is good. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. There's free parking downstairs. Well, the assistant function is pretty good.
