Physically is a very good apartment hotel. two things made us frustrated and annoyed:
1. Location on the gmap/website. WRONG by 3 blocks. We were dropped off 3 blocks away, with luggages. No taxi around. We tried to call. Can't speak English clearly. At the end we had to walk 3 blocks, and asked around..wasting 2 hours
2. I have booked WITH BREAKFAST. And the restaurant insisted that I only got 1 person per ROOM. Who in the right mind booked 1 breakfast for 2 people in the room?
And..for this kind of hotel rate, we need to haggle about 1 breakfast per room? at the end the front desk/ manager got the right solution after taking care of this issue for 15 minutes.
The staff tried his best, esp. the gentleman called Maher? who helped us with Didi.
But staff's English profiency need to be improved. Can't always resort to translation apps.
I stayed at Fraser hotels in Chengdu and other cities. Very happy. This one is yet need to be improved.
Rooms are good. Resto's staff and service are very good. Ambience needs to be improved. Feel like not-yet-ready hotel.
Location is excellent, only few minutes to expo venue.

Facilities: The facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, there are everything in the room, the hot water is very sufficient, the only downside is that the shower is a bit high
Hygienic: very clean, no smell
Environment: Located in Nanjing CBD, opposite the twin towers, it is a supporting hotel in Nanjing National Exhibition Center. The parking lot is super large, very close to Huacai, convenient for eating, drinking and playing.
Service: All the waiters are very warm, the quality service of the state-owned enterprises is very good, the breakfast is good, very rich, value for money, the duck blood vermicelli soup is delicious. I went to live during the Spring Festival. This is estimated to be a few hotels in Nanjing that did not increase prices during the Spring Festival.

It's owned by Huazhu Group. The overall style is very good. Costa is downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room is great, clean and tidy, and the space is large enough. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich and tastes good. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. It is about 600-700 meters walk from the subway station. I will stay here again next time I go to Nanjing.

Great location, just behind the Nanjing Eye Pedestrian Walk and Nanjing Olympic Museum. Transportation is also very convenient to get to the city center by bus or metro. The scenery around the hotel is spectacular during the day and night, kids enjoy their time here. This hotel is new and the best part was the room, my daughters love it so much!! When I checked out I got a gift for my daughter, a very cute teddy bear for her,😁. The front desk is also very good and fast to check in, 👍 Definitely will check in again next time..

Let me start with the overall evaluation. This was a very satisfying stay.
The hotel is equipped with an underground parking lot with sufficient parking spaces and charging stations.
The room is clean and well-equipped, and there is a small refrigerator. I froze a can of beer and enjoyed it.
The pillows are very soft and fluffy, and I slept very comfortably all night.
The breakfast is rich in variety, but you need to pay attention to the large number of people dining on holidays, and the restaurant is a bit cramped.
