極度糟糕的體驗。來廣西自駕遊，由於第二天早上就要出發，於是隨便找了家可以停車的酒店，想着就洗個澡睡一覺。結果這一晚上直接把後面幾天的行程都毀了，以後也不想再來了。
一進房間就感覺很濃的煙味，我把門窗、空調都打開了透氣。由於後面幾天酒店行程都沒有定，就一直在忙着弄。過了幾個小時洗完澡準備睡覺，發現煙味還是很嚴重，整個床包括被子枕頭都吸滿了煙味，通風透氣根本沒有用。於是去找前台。
兩點不到過去找的。前台女士先是叫了一位男士上去看，過了一會又自己上去看。下來告訴我沒有感覺有煙味。
我説我是來找你們解決問題，我整個都睡不着難受的要死了，你給我説你覺得沒有就解決嗎？她告訴我讓我自己聯繫攜程平台，説我一開始來的時候沒有找她，是我的問題。
我説你給我換個房間就行，她説沒有辦法已經住滿了。後面我直接發脾氣了，來回弄了半個小時突然又説有房間了，好不容易才能睡覺。
我本身有過敏性鼻炎和慢性咽炎，聞到這種刺激性氣味就容易發作。在那房間呆了幾個小時，直接大爆發，鼻子完全堵住了，喉嚨也發炎痛的要死。第二天一大早就去葯店買葯了，截圖我放上來了。喉嚨發炎搞得後面幾天旅程都難受得要命，吃東西吞下去都很痛。
本身我也就住一晚上，我覺得實在沒有必要這樣對待客人。房間煙味那麼嚴重，我衹是要求換一間而已，一開始還騙我説沒房了。當時已經凌晨兩點多了，難道這會空房還會賣出去嗎？完全不會站在客户角度考慮問題，遇到問題也衹知道敷衍了事。看着房間、電梯內貼着的一大堆禁煙標誌簡直可笑。
最後説下酒店本身。位置比較方便，在立交橋旁邊，樓下有美宜家和停車場。但是也是非常吵，外面就是車水馬龍。牆壁的隔音也很差，隔壁小孩尖叫都聽得一清二楚。私隱性也很差，窗簾都不敢拉開，外面車開過直接都可以看到房間裏面，距離非常近。路燈也是亮得睜不開眼。

第一晚住的時候，大床房是沒有浴巾毛巾的，床上也是感覺有點濕濕的！不知道是不是開了鐘點房沒有打掃衞生，噴點水鋪被子！然後雖然整理了一下就又賣出去！第二晚住的時候房間還好，什麼都有，就是一股子發黴的味道

這個酒店不錯，設計感在線，功能齊全，收納空間足夠，唯二不好就是水龍頭太短洗手盤太淺洗東西不方便，外面對着立交橋，晚上大貨車上坡噪音大。整體來説遠超本次旅程的其他酒店，價錢實惠，畢竟是大南寧，酒店業估計比較卷。

第二次入住這家酒店，首先門口從年初修到年尾，還沒修好，打車進不來，拖着大包小包的行李帶着孩子從不足兩人並行的巷子跟電動車摩託車三輪車一起擠進來，安全就不説了，你改變不了。那空調一夜亮到天亮，孩子睡一會睜眼看一下，睡也睡不好。再説房間居然就在電梯口，其他人走來走去聽的清清楚楚，打電話給前台要求換房間，服務員説房型都這樣的。我加了錢定的親子房，還不如156的普通標間？還有衞生間的門，不知道哪個能人異士設計的，空間小乾濕分離的淋浴室不做平行推拉門，居然做開關門，洗澡出來一開門，就跟門口的門激情碰撞，總有一天會碎一地。最後説房間軟設施，我定的親子房，居然沒有孩子的拖鞋……床頭燈位置設計也是奇葩，親子房是不是會考慮到一家人怕孩子掉地上，會把兩張床拼到一起？結果開關插頭都在中間，還搞個不能移動的枱燈並且還是壞的，起來躺下都撞頭。窗户居然沒有防盜窗，親子房沒有防盜窗，那個玻璃窗一打開，隨便一個小孩子都能掉下去，總結:整個房間給人感覺，死氣沉沉，設計不合理，服務一般，成功的避開了人性化、現代化、時尚化、賓至如歸以及温馨這些詞。永遠不會再來住第三次。
