沒有房間也不提前告知住户，然後就擅自安排了一間沒裝修好的房型給我住，發現不對之後要求更換，第二次更換依然是沒裝修好的房型，還是以前別的酒店低價的電競房，和價格完全不符，廁所連門的關不上。見狀要求退房，酒店不同意退，表示入住了就不能退，這是什麼霸王行為，建議避雷，攜程定了不少於幾百次酒店，第一次差評送給你。極其垃圾的一次體驗，貨不對板也不衞生，定個商務房，給你住一個到處煙頭印、座椅都被別人坐包漿了的沒有電腦的電競房。服務態度差，還不給退。可惜最低衹能選0.5分，不然給負分我覺得都不過分

1…入住2天，次日上午續住時“要求打掃房間、並補充相關客房用品”，，，晚上回來，發現“衹收走了臟毛巾、並未補充其他用品”（前台和樓層客服的反饋均為“清潔人員忘了”）。
2…告知前台枕頭是破的，要求調換（前台告知稍後處理，實際後續未處理）。
3…客房電話是壞的，發現問題、衹能一趟趟的上下樓。
4…多制一張房卡，需要給按金（長期出差，第一次遇到這情況）。
5…平西夜市和建政路夜市都不咋的，，，雙孖井早市還不錯、有富餘時間的客人建議去逛逛。

跟對象出去玩在這家酒店住了很多次，在萬達廣場旁邊，吃喝玩樂住行都很方便。酒店衞生很乾凈沒有發現不滿意的地方。對象愛抽煙，但是房間裏沒有煙灰缸，希望酒店可以給房間配備齊全。總體來説每次在這家酒店住的都是很👍

房間的水是別人喝過的沒有換。。。酒店隔音也差得要死，隔壁房間開門關門上鎖的聲音一清二楚。因為靠近馬路外面也很吵，一晚上沒睡好

酒店地理位置優越，去哪兒都方便，公交地鐵非常方便，屬於鬧市區，附近江南萬達廣場美食，奶茶一條街，可能是由於暑期緣故，人手不足，物料準備不充足，導致原本12點入住的，結果等到下午4、5點才能入住。小朋友又累又困。
