麗呈東谷，攜程旗下四星級高檔酒店。
房間有蟑螂，圖一、圖二；
桌上有食物殘渣，圖三、圖四、圖五；
部分洗護用品是空的，圖六；
廁所異味，花灑部分堵塞，無熱水供應……
自稱酒店前台添加我個人微信後，反饋相關情況，60分鐘後仍然無回覆，衹有開頭一句十分抱歉。
這是我最近入住體驗最差的一家酒店！

1.前台有兩個工作人員態度不錯，基礎服務需求都會滿足，比如下雨天出門能在前台直接借到傘，9樓房間有機器聲吵了一晚上，開始以為是冷氣和廁所抽風，後來檢查的確不是，真的一晚上沒睡好，第二天提出後也直接幫換到了7樓，工作人員解釋説是樓頂有機房，但説實話換到7樓並沒有好很多，一晚上還是很吵，而且樓上不知道在幹嘛半夜一直有很大的乒乓聲，我們第二天就退房了，對房間隔音有要求的，睡眠質量差的可以謹慎考慮～
2.入住期間有無限制的免費停車～這個還挺好的，但健身房長期維修沒有投入使用，問前台也説不知道什麼時候修完
3.雖然我不懂為什麼兩人間大床房兩晚衹帶一份一天早餐，但我們默認另一份付費就好了，向前台詢問餐廳早餐時間的時候，前台回答也很搞笑“您是沒有早餐的”，接着拋出了她真正想説的話“可以贈送您一份哦～這邊離店的時候給我們個好評” 我以為這是在意客户的消費體驗給出的附加福利，直到離店收到好友請求，我還心想是落東西了，結果對方一張口要好評，甚至都不問問入住體驗，單刀直入，我才發現這是強制好評體驗，而且在我提出真實的入住情況，得到的答覆連一句會注意改進都沒有，而是我不好評她就不好跟財務核銷（真核銷的話我們也衹增加了一天一份哦沒有所謂的送了兩天～）對不起，那一點服務態度帶來的好感徹底沒了，如果早知道是這樣我會選擇自己出去吃碗老友粉或者螺螄粉。
總的來説如果是就近商務出行低預算可以選這裏，但旅遊的話不建議住，附近都是修車廠之類的，點（大眾比較熱門的）外賣也都很遠，基本都需要全城跑腿，自駕比較方便可以選這裏，無車不建議，對睡眠質量沒要求可以選這裏，希望房間無噪音不建議。
