1.8米的大床睡着挺舒服，躺下完全不擁擠，翻身自由睡得特別沉。空調升温速度超快，一打開沒多久整個房間就暖烘烘的，冷天住太舒服了。最驚喜的是房間佈局，所有物品都放得特別貼心，睡前拿充電器、早上取洗漱用品都不用繞路，隨手就能拿到，細節感拉滿。整體住得很舒心，下次來還選這裏。

極度糟糕的入住體驗，嚴重不推薦
本以為選擇連鎖品牌能有基本保障，沒想到這次入住成為了我8天旅行中最糟糕的體驗。現將問題如實陳述，供大家參考：
1. 粗暴服務，嚴重擾民：
入住第一天的清晨，在睡夢中被服務員巨大的敲門聲強行驚醒，衹為詢問是否需要打掃。被吵醒後無法入睡，全天精神狀態深受影響。
2. 衞生狀況觸目驚心，管理缺失：
白天要求更換床品後，晚上極度睏倦時，竟在被子內裏發現新鮮血跡！前台對此的迴應冰冷敷衍，僅説“叫人換一下”。員工解釋是保潔阿姨手破所致，但這恰恰暴露了客房清掃後無人檢查的嚴重管理漏洞。連最基本的床品潔凈都無法保證，何談安全？
3. 員工素養堪憂，二次傷害：
前來更換床品的員工身上體味比較重，導致更換後整個房間都瀰漫著令人不適的氣味，我們不得不深夜開窗通風，再次折騰到很晚才能休息。
4. 設施不全，體驗打折：
酒店僅提供洗衣機，沒有烘乾機，對於旅途中的旅客極不方便。同樣是如家，之後在柳州入住的分店，不僅提供洗衣烘乾機和代洗服務，也從未在休息時被騷擾過。由此可見，並非品牌標準問題，而是該分店管理嚴重失職。
連續兩晚無法安睡，第一晚被粗暴吵醒，第二晚因血跡事件折騰至深夜。糟糕的休息嚴重影響了在南寧的遊玩體驗。從發現問題到解決問題的整個過程，感受不到任何服務的温度與誠意，衹有冷漠和推諉。該酒店在服務、衞生、管理上存在嚴重缺陷

整體還可以，中規中矩，同等價位中比較有性價比的一家酒店，房間雖然設施老了一點，但是比較乾淨，樓下吃飯方便，交通便利。
但是有一些問題
1.催退晚，三點半快四點到達酒店後仍然沒房間，被告知需要等四十分鐘，同時前台還在進行催退工作，非旺季確實有點不太規範
2.等房區域座位少，在被告知需要等房四十分鐘時，因為舟車勞頓已經沒精力再出門，行李很重，外面很熱想在大堂等候，但是大家都在等房，衹剩一個塑料椅子在角落，後面的客人等房沒有位置可以坐着等待
3.隔音差，酒店通病，所以出門隨身攜帶耳塞，但是隔音太差了，凌晨兩點戴耳塞的情況下被吵醒了好幾次，致電前台不知道是否有及時解決，衹是伴着吵鬧聲睡著了。
順便表揚前台戴眼鏡長髮的女孩子，服務態度好，打五星是希望酒店評分不要受影響，同時希望以上問題可以進行有效解決和改進，整體很好
