I had specifically come to see the red pandas and capybaras, but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, which included numerous interactions with various animals. The room and service were fantastic. Chose this treehouse room because these are the rooms where the red pandas comes and visits in the mornings. My son loves red pandas so it was great to have this experience. The red pandas may or may not go to your room, it’s all luck. But you can follow them around and pat them as they walk by. We will be visiting again in the future.

We chose to stay on the 12th floor of the landscape tree house in Dream Island. The environment is good and you can see zebras across the river. The hotel service is OK.
