Everything was food, just the entry was a little bit hard to find. And they are giving reduction to rent a bike which is a good point.

Very friendly staff and everything you need, on the main road of Shuishe, so very easy to access everything in Sun Moon Lake. Big emphasis on not disturbing others and keeping quiet after 10pm, which I appreciated. Only downside is their checkin time is very limited from 3 to 7 only.

The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The room was well cleaned and I didn't feel any inconvenience. The only thing I can say is that the bath towels are small. It's a good idea to take the time of the nearby bus stop into consideration when sightseeing.

The facilities and location are good, but it's too inconvenient to have to make a phone call even during check-in hours. When traveling abroad, I use an eSIM card with no local calls and roaming data, so I felt that the service was poor for foreign travelers. At similar hostels, I was able to enter the room unattended and contactless by emailing the necessary information before check-in, so I would like them to consider a check-in method that does not require a phone call. I have no complaints about other points. Otherwise, I think the requirement to make a phone call before check-in should be clearly stated as a prerequisite before booking.

旅館的位置很好，離餐館和搭船的地方很近，步行幾分鐘可以到達。租自行車也很方便，推薦青旅對面的車店，晚上7點後也可以還車，服務很好，價格公道。員工也很好，推薦我看螢火蟲的地點，所以有了難忘的螢火蟲之旅。房間有些小，廁所清潔度還可以，很適合背包旅客，很不錯的青旅
