The room is clean ,Bed is comfy.
Staff are very helpful although some of them can’t speak English.. The location is only 100 meters bus station and near starbucks coffee.
The view from our room is stunning.
If we go back to Sun moon lake. This hotel will be a first choice.

We were late check in due to flight was delayed and luckily the front desk lady was there to wait for us. Their hotel location is very near to the Shui Se Pier so it’s very convenient.
Meantime, we like their local breakfast served.

The best hotel with the best view: sun moon lake just right out of the window. It’s also located 1min walk away from Shuishe Pier and 3min walk from the bus station.
The room looks very new, very well decorated. Loved the sleek & comfy interior :) practical bathroom with both shower & bathtub.
Nice lobby, very warm receptionist. Very happy with our stay.

Just by Shuishe pier. But walls are pretty thin. Neighbouring room had a group of people who were talking and laughing very loudly till 12 plus am.

Only purely based on my research on the hotel on website and photos publicised here. Location was good nearby shui she pier which was nearby bus station and boat pier. Looks from the photo- hotel room was neat, clean and new. Due to change of plan (as catching the bus to and fro sun moon lake was very unpredictable, we had to queue for 3-4 buses before managing to hop on one). As such we cancelled our stay at Apollo Resort. However- understanding it was after cancellation period, we also wrote on a day advance to cancel and explained our situation, after negotiation, hotel didn’t agreed at all..

I booked a lake view room and the view was great. However, the breakfast was mediocre and there were not many choices. The hotel does not provide disposable toiletries and slippers, so you need to bring your own.
