Just got back from a trip to Naples and had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is absolutely perfect for soaking up the Neapolitan vibes – we could walk to so many great spots! What really stood out was how clean everything was. It made coming back after a busy day of sightseeing so relaxing. And we had train early morning so was easy to get that as well.

We asked to provide us a separate blanket , but they refused to do it and it was uncomfortable to sleep only with one blanket.. also there was only one towel per person, no feet towel, no face towel… the towels are worn and not fresh. The location was good but it was hard to find the entrance and no signage. The staff tried to overcharge us city tax and I asked to recalculate… refused to accept card and took cash, God knows if it’ll be passed to actual city tax. Overall for the price provided it was ok.

Don't worry about the appearance of the entrance to the building (clothes hanging, walls peeling...)...after taking the elevator and arriving at the B&B, you will be surprised. The service of Mr. Antonio is spectacular...he goes to great lengths to satisfy his customers. Homemade breakfast, enough to feed you well. The proximity to Piazza Garibaldi and the central station makes all the difference for those who, like us, were traveling by train. Don't forget to arrange your arrival time. If you forget, send a whatsapp to Mr. Antonio that he or a representative will be at the door of the building in a few minutes.

We stayed two nights at Guest house Maria Francesca, and really enjoyed it. The room was very nice and clean, the location is close to the metro/central station and also walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. The host was very helpful and kind, and helped us to figure out our trip and how to navigate the taxi strike. The breakfast he made us was amazing, we were able to choose between a rich variety of foods. At the day of our check-out we had seven hours to wait before we left for the airport, in which the host kept our luggage safe. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to return! We definitely recommend staying here.

Located at a classic apartment building with a touch of baroque style. The apartment was clean and facilities was good. Although the location was near to the train station, the place was very quiet. Value for money, recommend.

Struttura validissima, assolutamente consigliabile. Nonostante la posizione, gode di affacci interni, quindi nessun problema per i rumori del traffico. Pulizia eccellente, camere eleganti e grande cortesia dei gestori. La zona della stazione è, come in tutte le città, caratterizzata da frequentazioni "colorite" ma che non arrecano alcun disturbo ai passanti.

Avendo alloggiato qui solo per poche ore, è stata una scelta giusta sia per la vicinanza alla stazione, dato che avevamo il treno molto presto, sia per il prezzo abbordabile. Nella camera, all’interno del cortile di un palazzo, c’era l’essenziale.
