Stelle Hotel the Businest

The facilities are old, the soundproofing isn't great, and breakfast was very mediocre. I'm not sure why this hotel has such a high star rating.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the breakfast attendant was rude and condescending! The breakfast was so bad, I couldn't even eat it despite being hungry. Such a shame.

Fantastic property in a convenient location for public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an en-suite bathroom that has everything you need for your stay. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. I highly recommend it!

Near the central station. The surrounding area is a bit rough, Naples in general is dirty and chaotic! Hotel breakfast was mediocre, service was mediocre! The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent!

I booked a two-night stay at this hotel near Naples train station. The guy who checked us in at the front desk was quite nice, and the room was relatively clean. However, the next morning, when we went to the front desk to ask about the subway, a woman working there literally waved us away, telling us not to ask her. I honestly found it hard to believe this was the front desk of a four-star hotel. Later that evening, when we returned with our rental car to park overnight, the hotel information stated it would be €20 per night, but at checkout, they insisted it was €25. On top of that, because we had to leave our keys at the parking lot, the front of our car got scratched. The breakfast selection at this hotel was also very limited; by 7:40 AM, there was hardly anything left to eat, and they didn't replenish the food. I'd advise everyone to avoid this place.
