I like the hotel, spacious room & good service but the only thing is the bathroom smell bad (sewer), probably they can fix the system.

This is my second time staying at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport because it’s so convenient for catching flights from Narita. The room size is perfect for me and my suitcase. I love that there are last-minute shopping options both at AEON and the airport shops, which are easily accessible thanks to the frequent hotel shuttle bus service. The lobby floor has a drugstore and tax-free shop, making it very convenient to buy and pack essentials before departure. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and laundry services make my stay hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers needing easy access to Narita Airport!

There's a regular shuttle to Narita town and Aeon as well as to the airport which I find very convenient. Good value for money

The gym is 1650 yen per day and only opens at 2pm. Check out is at 11am or you will pay extra 2000 yen until 12pm. To me this does not make any sense if you have a late flight and want to use the spa gym after check out. The management team seems really out of order.
Also why do you put paper under fried chicken that needs to be cut with a knife? The paper gets soggy and then cut on this getting into the food. It’s such bad management because who else would change these obvious problems that are inefficient for the hotel? You can’t even use the gym spa after check out?? That blows my mind and the hotel is losing money from it. Also paper under a meal that needs to be cut? It’s so bad.. but the price is cheapest around and rooms work out with free shuttle that is very dependable. Those guys do a great job. The rest of employees are robots reading scripts treating you like another robot.

Very nice stay for work near the Narita airport. I won’t give a 5 star review to the amenities and service because you will pay everything here, even the gym that usually is for free in every hotel I went in Asian countries. Also no complementary bottles of water in the room which is very uncomfortable.

Was quite small, but the washing machine in the room was very convenient. And it was very near the train station. Many hidden gem eatery near it too like gyoza, Saba fish and katsu
