Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

On the edge of the Capitol, the city tour is convenient. The room is small and old. The layout of the MOTEL is poor. The breakfast is not good. Basically, you can eat. Nashville city center hotels are more expensive. This win is cheap. It will be one night.

GGuest User'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.
DDustinDays inn Joelton is a very nice spot. Nice, quiet, clean. Friendly staff. Pets welcome. Easy to get anywhere in Nashville without being caught in the rush. 9/10 stars!!
RR^_^F^_^DThe room is big, the bed is big, the hygiene is good, the location is a little far from the city center, about half an hour's walk, but the price is right. The price-performance ratio is good
RReedPWe have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get.
It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.
GGuest UserOvernights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem.
I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel.
Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid.
I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times.
I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.
AAlways&ForeverVacationA wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main strips. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.
GGuest UserBooking was translated incorrectly from travel agent to hotel, assigned us to a room with 2 Queen beds after purchasing (for an upcharge) a Standard King room. The hotel staff was able to accommodate, which was great. The room itself was relatively clean, however the refrigerator was not cleaned out and we had to dispose of the previous guest's leftovers. The pool was also closed for the season, which was a bummer for sure... even if we just wanted to hang out outside, the only seating options were 2 seats meant for smoking. I understand it would be difficult to prevent people from using the pool if it was closed, but an alternative outdoor seating option would've been nice.
Other then that, the location had convenient access to downtown Nashville and was proximal to some very cute hole-in-the wall bars and restaurants. Not an unpleasant stay, would still come back (for a 3rd time) if the pool was open. The rooms were equipped with both refrigerator and microwave and were more spacious that other chains I've stayed at. The price was amiable as well, given the lack of amenities.
GGuest UserWas in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.
