This hotel is the Worst that we ever stayed. Very thing in this place is in bad shape and begging for complete renovation We do hope Trip.com removes this hotel from the list. Please send your rep (Trip.com) to find the condition of this hotel, thanks

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It's a total nightmare. Extremely dirty, moldy and hasn't been maintained in decades. The black mold on the walls and carpets is a health hazard and trip.com should remove this hotel from the platform. I refused the checkin as soon as I saw the room, and 6 days later still waiting for a refund confirmation. See the pictures for reference.

I want to give them the minus star. Bad service and old hotel.

Rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The rooms looked a bit old. Phone calls never go through. Hotel staff are rude.

Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. Easy and quick to get to and from airport. Good food served

Don’t be fooled by the five star rating, the hotel is far from the nice five star resorts like Taj. It has seen better days but sadly is in need of renovation and refurbishment. We did however have a safe stay with clean sheets and fresh towels and excellent proximity to terminal 3.

I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel and found rather poorly maintained. Firstly I was unable to contact the hotel on the landline numbers. Once I reached the hotel I had to request for a mobile number to be able to contact them. The room as well as other areas of the hotel needs a facelift. The floor carpet had a musty smell with stains. The window curtains were torn in many places. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The Property is huge . Perhaps the biggest lobby area I have ever seen in a hotel. Tha staff is vara courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Manoj Mittal who had given us a seamless experience right from the airport , hotel check in till check out. Wonderful experience.

Rooms are so dirty. Bed spread and sheets were dirty. Guests are smoking inside of the room. The room I stayed were cigarette stink. Wash basin sink water stagnated. Food is not up to the mark. Staffs are very slow. Good building view. Bad experience.

I had heard poor review of Delhi igia Centaur. But due to my good experience at Kolkata and Mumbai with Centaur i chose Delhi Cetaur for my overnight stay. Check in fast, very polite and warm, specially by Mr. Sunil, duty Manager. Rooms are clean hotel is well maintained. I would strongly reccomend. Good value for money. Better than most Aerocity's popular hotels.
