I want to give them the minus star. Bad service and old hotel.

"This hotel is very dirty, with noticeable issues in room cleanliness, and the overall experience is further impacted by the old building and furnishings."

Rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The rooms looked a bit old. Phone calls never go through. Hotel staff are rude.

Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. Easy and quick to get to and from airport. Good food served

Last night, since the Indigo flight had got rescheduled, we were put up in Centaur hotel for a few hours. We reached the hotel at 11:50 PM. The person at front office, Mr. Ghanshyam Chauhan, welcomed us with a smile and made us quite comfortable in the hotel. Since it was late night, he also arranged dinner for us. I was accompanied by my husband and young daughter, Mr. Ghanshyam also ensured that we get a clean room. We wish Mr. Ghanshyam and his team all the very best! We were there for four hours, rested well and checked out at 3 AM.

Worst hotel , I have ever been. I had an early flight and wanted to get some sleep . My nephew booked it for me . No way, I have booked myself I reached at 7 pm and they said no room is available. My nephew prepaid it . Reception staff was deliberately slow , On my complaining , a senior guy told staff to give me room 3009. The room was dirty, plugged sink, peeling pain. Shower head was leaking all over . Because I wanted to sleep for 6 hours before my early morning international flight, I just crashed after getting sink and toilet working . This is worst place , have ever stayed. This place needed to be shut down . Needs massive renovation. Can’t comment on food as I was out at 4.15 am

I stay at this hotel at 24th Feb as I need to catch my london flight next date afternoon. Few good points to highlight:- 1- Amazing staff, very cooperative, very friendly, very nice soft skill knowledge. I arrived at morning 7AM, Actually check-in time was 2PM but they given room at 9AM. 2- Very big hotel, right at airport, Hotel have so much space that you can walk its surrounding and you time pass very easily, My kids very happy to see lots of peacocks on back side. Very positive vibes coming in hotel premises. 3- Very cheap price comparing to central location of airport. 4- Room was very clean, Good view of delhi airport and it surroundings at night. You feel you are at best place. Only suggestion to increase breakfast food varity. Rest All good. Definitely recommend this hotel.
