The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Hi! I stayed here with my family and it was terrible experience. We faced many issues during our stay. The very first water was so rusty and dirty you can not use it for face wash or taking bath. The second issue we faced that AC is direct no temperature control is available. Third issue was rare mobile network inside the hotel and also hotel wifi doesn’t work properly.

I had booked a room for two days. It is very difficult to reach the hotel. This hotel is in a slum. The surroundings are dirty. But the rent is charged at the city rate. By 6 am, the staff turned off the AC. Also, the WiFi was turned off. Even after informing the reception, nothing happened.
The complimentary breakfast was very bad, everyone got food poisoning soon after eating. My daughter started vomiting. She needed medical attention. Due to this, our program was disrupted. The toilet equipment in the room is outdated and useless. No blanket was provided for one of the 2 beds booked. On the second day, breakfast was taken from an outside hotel. Also, there was no housekeeping even after requesting it. There was food waste piled up on the way to the room. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my travel experiences. I will not even give this hotel a 0 rating, if possible I will give it only a minus mark
