The hotel is one of the more superior hotels in Delhi. Great food in all aspects. The diversity of options for breakfast is great. The Italian restaurant, specially the authenticity of the pizza napolitana was great. The service and simple cleanlines was excellent. Felt like an oasis.

I requested the high floor but the receptionist offered me a room at the low floor. The room was not as much as I expected for Shangri-la but the bed and pillow were still very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most during my stay. This is not a hotel if you're looking for a nice view.

The Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi is a very conveniently located hotel in New Delhi. The property is well maintained and feels very luxurious upon arrival. The staff work together like a well-oiled machine to make you feel welcome and tend to your needs while on premise. We opted for a chauffer to take us around the city and visit the Taj Mahal, he was very knowledgeable of the city, provided us with incredible recommendations. We felt very safe with all the staff.

The Shang Dynasty restaurant is great, it is some of the most authentic Chinese food you can find in Delhi. Chi spa is also excellent, clean facilities and top notch service. Only downside to this hotel we saw was the outside construction/industrial noise which was bothersome and went on practically all night.

By all means avoid the hotel restaurants!!! They DO NOT measure up tp this excellent lodging! I tried all 3 and they were all lacking. Mister Chai had glacially slow service, and the Asian restaurant nuked their fare with an avalanche of salt that burned my mouth. The Indian restaurant was no better; I ordered a chicken curry and got chunks of boney chicken in a puddle of oversalted flavorless gravy that must have been from a powder mixed envelope. So bad I sent it back and went outside to eat!

one of my room mate is the member of the hotel group, when approach them for room upgrading, the counter staff wasn't helpful and give a standard answer, "depend of the availability.

For such a lovely property the front desk staff needs to reflect a warm welcome to this beautiful place. The person that welcomed us was cold, no personality and to be honest could’ve been a robot and I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference. Moreover, we asked for breakfast to be delivered at 4 am before an early flight, nothing was on time and we had to chase this by calling the front desk. Not what is expected from a luxury hotel and I’ve been to several Shangri-La properties, this one just fell short all around.
