Poor experience. The facilities are old and shabby. Services are poor! The host refuse house room services. The restaurants refuse provide coffee. We are very disappointed.

The location was a little inconvenient if you didn't drive. But the hotel staff is super helpful in calling taxi for us. The taxi driver that they always use is Mr. Cheung and he is a local. Super friendly. Having your own hot and cold spring water in the room is very nice! Be aware that there is no elevator to the bedrooms. So if you have problems walking stairs, make sure to request 1st floor.

The service staff are all smiling and friendly. The soup pool in the room is also well planned. It is not far from the old street and the dining area. The only drawback is the bad attitude at the counter.

The hotel has its own car park for parking. The room is old but kept clean and tidy, but the toilet seat is scary, so I suggest you replace it. The bed is soft and comfortable. The serious disadvantage is that the sound insulation effect is not very good. The door is not very thick so you can clearly hear the sounds in the corridor. You can also hear the sound of water being put in for a bath next door at 6am. Overall, don't expect good soundproofing, it's a good hotel.
