This hotel has no heating and air-conditioning facilities. It was cold and rainy. The room with the large window was really damp and cold, and even the duvet was in a mess. The air conditioner in the room we originally booked suddenly turned out to be not cool before going to bed. The front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a new room without making us wait at all👍
