"Everything else was fine, but the front desk told us that for 50 yuan we could upgrade to a gold membership and get a room upgrade. It turned out it was just a one-time ”trial gold membership,” not a full membership. We only realized we weren't gold members when we tried to book another hotel today 😅 Couldn't they have made that clear from the beginning?"
"Very good, the hotel is very new, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is also rich, it is the only hotel with indoor pools in the sea and Anaya area. The parent-child room is very high, there is a small yard, the upper and lower bunks of the room are 1.5 meters beds, the family of three sleeps very rich, and the two-baby family is completely fine. Parent-child fun is even better, the indoor swimming pool and the park water park are next to each other, indoor naughty castle, basketball football table tennis billiards, all available, free. There are children's bowling token fees. Out of the hotel is the beach, and the green area next to it is also large. The butler Freesia service is very intimate, take the initiative to send to the room, warm and kind. Personally feel that if it is a sea area hanging Anaya, it is very suitable for parent-child vacations and emptying. Although there are not many restaurants, the taste is good. Although Anaya is well-equipped, it is more like a market. It is people everywhere, just come out of Beijing to Beijing. If you want to take a quiet vacation with your baby, I highly recommend this hotel. Children enter the children's area and adults can basically stay still. Will come to live next time, five-star praise!"
"The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the combination of dining and accommodation was very convenient, especially for family trips where you don't have to search for food everywhere with the kids. The portions were also very reasonable.
Furthermore, the owner was very nice, and the staff were very welcoming. I would definitely stay at their place again if I have the chance."
"The environment is amazing, it's a new hotel and really great. The only downside is the lack of service, but it might be because of the May Day holiday rush. If you're looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. Don't go to the hot spring hotel, it's like a crowded market. The food at Fisher Island has always been pretty bad, hope they can improve that."
"The accommodations are excellent, very convenient to get around. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and all amenities are provided. The butlers are very attentive. The price is reasonable, offering better value for money compared to other hotels in the area, and the service is in no way inferior to that of a hotel. It can accommodate a large family."
"I rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely have to share my experience. First, the room is secured with a card access system and a private elevator, giving me a strong sense of security. The room was spotless, and all toiletries were from the Lujia brand – disposable items that you can take with you if you don't use them all, comparable to Anlan and Yinlu. Second, even though it was -5°C outside in winter, the indoor temperature was 28-30°C. There was underfloor heating, adjustable air conditioning, a smart toilet, a 75-inch TV, a sofa, a recliner, and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing me to quietly enjoy the warmth of winter without leaving the room. Third, the reception service was excellent and very attentive. Fourth, the host must be a lovely person; they prepared a small gift, tea, and coffee with great care, which was both delightful and touching. Fifth, the location is convenient; just 50 meters behind the building is a shopping area with children's playgrounds, A-Z Cafe, a seaside market, and popular restaurants and boutiques like those in Chuntai. Overall, it was a great experience."
"The room was absolutely satisfying – clean, tidy, and decorated with an artistic, stylish flair. The customer service agent went out of their way to help us pick a room in Building 6, which was right by the sea. We literally stepped out and were at the beach! Plus, there's a lively creative market street downstairs. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. It was a truly pleasant trip."
" (Super close to the scenic spot) I highly recommend this homestay. The boss and his family are very good. It is only a minute's walk from Qilihai Resort. It is too late to play. The boss also went to the entrance of the scenic spot to pick it up. It was super warm. (Accommodation environment is great) The accommodation is clean and tidy, the room facilities are everything, and there is a swimming pool in the yard! ! ! The boss sister is really good, the breakfast is delicious, stupid eggs, the rice grown by yourself, are all original ecology! ! ! Customers have any requirements and problems to help solve, like family members. (The room price is cost-effective) This time I set a parent-child tatami triple room. The boss directly upgraded the better room for free. The room price is only one-tenth of the scenic spot, and the price is high. This time I am in a hurry, I didn't stay enough, I will come next time."
