"先説優點：房間會贈送迷你吧並且兩天都送了！工作人員每一位都很熱情，包含門票無限次出入，小童的洗漱用品給的很全，雙床可以拼 缺點：我們去的兩家人，同樣都帶了孩子，一家給的小童用品裏包含小童潤膚乳一家卻沒有，想問還會有區別對待？早餐不是自助，是港式套餐形式，兩家兩天都一摸一樣的套餐，並且沒有選擇衹有一種雙人餐，如果想換菜他們衹會建議你單點，單點這點額度又點不了幾個菜。借雨傘需要50按金，並不是房間裏配套雨傘。泳池衹有室外目前沒開，如需游泳衹好去宣德門的室內泳池。因為酒店離服務中心較近，所以沒有景區內接駁車，接駁車都是前往其他兩個酒店的。景區內的餐飲又貴又不好吃，踩雷了四次，並且很容易在景區迷路，詢問工作人員基本上每個都回答你不清楚，或者指錯路走了很多冤枉路"

The mattress pillow is moderately soft and hard, and it sleeps until dawn. The four-piece set on the bed is made of bare cotton, which is more comfortable than the pure white of other hotels. Soundproofing is good, the traffic outside after closing the window is very light The front desk is warm and professional, and the check-in is fast. There is sweet water next to it. The 24-hour self-service laundry room and robot delivery are very convenient. The breakfast is clean and varied, and there is a free minibar, and the experience is full."

"1. It's really, really clean. Everything looks brand new. 2. It's very spacious and comfortable. A family of four can sleep very comfortably. There's a large dining table, so it's convenient for everyone to eat together. 3. The location is very close to the Yeomgwan Ancient City. It took about four minutes by taxi. 4. The staff are friendly and helpful. 5. The price is really affordable. In Korea, a new condo that can accommodate a family of four would cost at least three or four times as much. 6. It seems to be relatively unknown to Koreans, but I recommend it. The town where the hotel is located is so large that it can be difficult to find your way around at first, but it's fine once you get used to it."

"The room was clean, and the hotel environment lived up to its price and the Kaiyuan brand. However, the breakfast service left me dissatisfied. After we finished eating, I grabbed a yogurt and a pastry for my child, only to be told at the exit that we couldn't take food out of the restaurant. Take out? It was just a carton of yogurt and one pastry! My child couldn't even eat them while walking? This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where they said yogurt and pastries couldn't be taken out of the restaurant! Hotel prices were already ridiculously inflated during the National Day holiday, and after spending so much on a hotel, who cares about your tiny bit of yogurt and pastry! It felt like we were being treated like cheapskates trying to take advantage of them, being stopped at the exit! Ridiculous! I suggest replacing the breakfast service staff! Don't let them tarnish the Kaiyuan brand!"
