First of all, starting from the front desk of the hotel, she did not provide card sets and WiFi passwords. I didn't ask for comments and told me that the room type had changed, and I directly changed to a single room (1 meter 2 bed, close to the elevator, but replaced with a window). Secondly, the bedroom lacks a trash can after entering the room. I gave two hangers and there was no place to hang clothes at all. There are 6 small ceiling lights on the top of the room. If the window is not opened, the light in the room is dim. And there is no phone number that can connect to the front desk of the hotel, so you have to go down and find someone to solve it. (The trash can is solved). Again, the toilet does not provide hand sanitizer, no care package and shower cap, no disposable toilet pad or toilet lid disinfectant. No towels are provided. The mirror of the toilet is unstable and the lower part can be shaken strongly. The floor drain in the shower room has obvious hair residue and has not been cleaned.
