The king-size bed was spacious enough for two people to relax comfortably, and the view from the window was beautiful, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, taking attentive care of us throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, making the whole stay easy and comfortable. "I initially booked for one night, and after staying, I immediately extended for another night. The location is excellent, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. It's a short walk to Qilou Old Street and the small park, and the famous Xinruiping Farmers Market is also close by. The hotel's hardware and software facilities are both fantastic. The overall design is modern and minimalist. The cups, toothbrushes, towels, and other items in the room are all custom-made by the hotel. Despite the humid weather, there was absolutely no mustiness in the room. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic. My luggage was delivered to the room, and food deliveries were brought up promptly. They also eagerly recommended local delicacies and attractions, as well as travel tips, which helped me avoid many pitfalls. This hotel is suitable for families with both young children and seniors."

Its location is a major plus, with numerous great restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient for dining and browsing. It's also centrally located to all the popular tourist spots, so you don't have to travel far. The room's facilities are well-maintained, the decor is simple yet comfortable, and the amenities are complete, ensuring a high level of comfort. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh ingredients and local specialties available. From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. In our free time, we enjoyed exploring the old Qilou streets, experiencing the unique Chaoshan culture, and returning to the hotel for a good rest after sightseeing. Considering the facilities, dining, service, and location, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely a top choice for a trip to Shantou."

"The location is fantastic, the service attitude is excellent, and the rooms are very clean. As it's a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. Right next door is a huge market selling various local delicacies like marinated raw seafood, beef balls, fish balls, and other seafood. The beef hotpot downstairs is also delicious. Just a few hundred meters from the hotel is Zhujiang Food Street, which offers authentic and affordable delicious food. I highly recommend the lion head goose, Zhou Ji's preserved fruit, and sesame paste downstairs as well."

"Right by the entrance is a parking lot, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very helpful; I asked them where to find good food at night, and they recommended Ji De Lai Sweet Soup. I waited in line for ages, but then ended up eating somewhere else. Check-in is done via a dedicated elevator. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, and the front desk doesn't require a deposit – just return the card when you check out. Laundry facilities are on the 7th floor and it even has a gym and a restaurant. I assume the restaurant will open later. For the price, this place is quite good."

"Traveling alone, I thought of Atour's good service and hygiene, so I booked a stay. This location is within walking distance to a food street, and it's about a 5-6 minute taxi ride. The bedding was very clean, and the overall environment was nice. The front desk staff kindly extended my check-out to 2 PM for free and even gave me a complimentary breakfast! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. ❤️"

"This was the most delightful guesthouse I've ever stayed in Shantou. Xiangyuan Yin Xu completely overturned my expectations of a 'hotel stay.' From the moment I stepped into the old Nanyang-style house with its blue bricks and gray tiles, time seemed to slow down. The century-old mansion has been meticulously restored to its original glory, with warm, jade-like teak staircases and floral tile floors that whisper tales of bygone days. Every detail subtly narrates the stories of Shantou's overseas Chinese heritage. The rooms masterfully blend the elegance of the Republic of China era with modern comfort: antique carved window lattices alongside smart toilets, and soft latex mattresses under brass chandeliers. This captivating fusion of old and new is truly enchanting. The butler service was exceptionally thoughtful; returning late at night, there was always a warm light left on for me. My most cherished memory is sipping Gongfu tea in the courtyard early in the morning, the fragrance of Phoenix Dan Cong tea mingling with the scent of magnolia blossoms, watching the sunlight stream through the hundred-year-old banyan tree onto the stained-glass windows. It was then that I truly understood the meaning of 'Yin Xu' (隐续 - 'hidden continuation'): hidden in the city, continuing time. If you wish to touch the most authentic soul of Shantou, this is not just a place to rest your head, but a cultural sanctuary worth making a special trip for."
