"This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍"

"Having only been open for three months, the hotel's overall operations are still in a 'breaking-in' phase, and I encountered several minor issues during my stay. However, the duty Guest Service Manager, Ms. Tu, handled everything with professional efficiency and expertise. She was quick to respond, provided comprehensive and appropriate solutions, and communicated with patience and attention to detail. She immediately addressed my concerns and effectively resolved all problems. Manager Tu demonstrated exceptional service awareness and a strong ability to think on her feet, showcasing outstanding professionalism. Even during the new hotel's transitional period, she remained composed, clearly defined responsibilities, and used her professional service to compensate for any shortcomings, significantly enhancing my stay. I would like to extend my sincere praise to Ms. Tu and wish the hotel continued improvement in its operations."

"The room overall was pretty good and clean, and the staff service was also nice. However, the breakfast selection was just average. I'd suggest replacing the cereal with one that's easier to prepare and tastes better."

"The location is easy to find and convenient, only 1 kilometer from East Lake. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is plentiful. The living environment is quiet and comfortable. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, was attentive and welcoming, and even helped us book attractions. Laundry is also very convenient; there's a laundry room and dryer on the second floor. Parking is also convenient, with several restaurants downstairs."

"The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement."

"The night view of the ancient town is absolutely stunning; every photo looks like it's from a blockbuster! This hotel offers the perfect spot to enjoy the night scenery. Sitting by the window at night, you can see the riverside views. Watching the lights outside and their reflections in the water is incredibly relaxing! After a tiring day of exploring, you can head straight back to your room, unwind while enjoying the night view—this is what a vacation should be. Staying here is definitely worth it!"

The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the pillows are soft, the room is soundproofed, and the corridor noise is completely heard at night, and I sleep until dawn. 24 hours hot water is stable and sufficient, WiFi speed is smooth, no matter whether you swipe the video or work, you will not get stuck. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are clean. The price/performance ratio is top-notch in hotels at the same price, whether it is a business trip or a short trip. I didn't step on thunder throughout the whole process, and all aspects exceeded my expectations. I will choose here next time I come to the local area, and I recommend it to friends with travel needs."
