"From the beginning of the door, I felt full of intentions, the front desk staff was gentle and the procedures were fast. The room was well lit, cleaned spotlessly, the quality of toiletries was good, the hot water was sufficient, and the mattress was moderately hard and soft. Next to the shopping mall, eating and shopping are very easy, to Chikan Old Street, Jinshawan beach is very close. The check-in speed at the front desk was very fast, the room was cleaned, and there were large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the viewing experience was great. "I usually stay at Ji Hotels for business trips, but this was probably my worst experience with them. I can understand that there are a lot of people staying there during the Chinese New Year, but I can't understand why they only start cleaning at 8:30 pm, and can't they clean during the day? I also can't understand why I waited an hour at the front desk to get my room key, only to be told they were cleaning the room. I won't go into the other details, because there were indeed a lot of people... I hope the hotel can improve its management."

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. What truly impressed me was that when I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, the staff proactively contacted me and promptly mailed it back.
