The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, which made communication very easy. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. I highly recommend the massage shop next door – it offers excellent value for money and is a million times better than those in Bangkok."

"This hotel just opened a few days ago, and I'm incredibly impressed! All the staff, including the housekeepers and maintenance, were very pleasant. First off, the parking lot is spacious and can accommodate many cars. There's a snack bar and a cafe, plus a communal fitness center. The cafe prices are reasonable and affordable. The hotel has an elevator, and the lobby air conditioning is blissfully cool 24/7. The room was unbelievably clean!!!! The bed was large, there was a TV, the AC was cool, and all the amenities were complete and convenient. There's even a hairdryer, which is great for women. My impressive experience: - The staff spoke well and offered advice without rushing guests. - The housekeepers were friendly and always greeted me whenever we met. - When the coin-operated dryer machine had an issue, maintenance was ready to support 24/7. The problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. - The cafe drinks were delicious and very well-priced!!! - The staff paid attention to all guests and were very kind; I even got a banana to eat. - The hostel was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to relax. - Overall, I will definitely come back again."

"This is a great option for anyone visiting Pattaya! The rooms are nice, and fully equipped, and there are plenty of activities to do with family. Downsides: 1. Parking is quite limited. 2. It's close to a school, so it can be a bit noisy during morning assemblies. But if that doesn't bother you, this place is absolutely fantastic!"

"The room was clean and didn't have a musty smell, but both the interior and the overall condition of the property looked old. It certainly wasn't built in 2026 as stated. More importantly, the room's floor was not okay; the tiles were stained and unevenly laid, which could be dangerous for children or cause someone to trip. This forced us to wear shoes indoors all the time. / The air conditioning unit was old and didn't operate at full efficiency. On the night of our stay, the room next door was very noisy on multiple occasions, especially after midnight, which made it impossible to rest. We had to call the staff, who resolved the issue by moving us to another room, allowing us to finally get some sleep. The rooms are not soundproofed. There should be measures in place to encourage guests to be considerate of others and not make noise during quiet hours. All the staff provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out. They were friendly, cheerful, and made great efforts to resolve problems."

"Pros of this hotel: excellent location, with literally everything nearby – 7/11, street food stalls, pharmacy, laundry, cafes, massage, beauty salons. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided water and fresh towels. Cons: The bed was terribly uncomfortable with a spring mattress where you could feel and hear the springs every time you turned. The bed linen was torn and should have been thrown out or used as rags; some even had holes. The sheets were yellow from age instead of white. There were no proper blankets, just some washed-out rags that offered no warmth, and no duvet covers. They wrapped this rag-like 'blanket' between two sheets, like a sandwich. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. The pillows were old and lumpy inside, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Every morning after sleeping, I had neck and shoulder pain, and headaches. When I asked for new pillows, they brought us the exact same ones, or possibly even the original ones, so basically, they weren't changed. The area is relatively quiet, but sometimes you might be kept awake by barking dogs. Also, there are many Indian guests in this hotel who loudly shout and slam doors starting from 6 AM. The breakfasts are not good, so it’s better not to book this hotel with breakfast included. In the restaurant, the Indian guests are very loud, and there’s no decent food left for anyone else because they sweep everything away like locusts. Another huge downside is that the air conditioner is located directly opposite the bed and blows cold air right into your face. My child and I got sick the day after checking into this hotel. The water was very cold, so you couldn't take a proper shower in the evening, only a quick dip."
