Trevella Holiday Park

Another fantastic week at Trevella. Caravan was immaculate, obviously new this season. Would like a couple of lamps, so you don’t have to sit in the dark or be floodlit like playing at Wembley. Also similar in the bedroom. A coffee table in the lounge would be a real help. As usual great welcome from John and Jane in Piskies. A lovely little place to meet other campers. I didn’t sample the food due to my Coeliac Disease, but everyone were keen to say good things. I understand a Club House/restaurant is going to be built. This will mean I for one would be looking for another location. I chose Trevella twice, because of the lack of such offerings. I think the majority of Owners I talked to have the same opinion. There are enough Sites offering such delights. Trevella scores over these. So I hope I can return.

From arriving to leaving (this morning) we had a wonderful holiday. We were positioned in Hillside 73. Caravan was immaculate, plenty of space and of course the enclosed decking a ‘Brucie bonus’. Staff friendly and helpful. We went to the outside pool just once but as the weather was so glorious, we headed to the beach each day or chillaxed on the decking. Although we were 30 seconds from the ‘Piskie’s’ bar, there was no late night noise as it closes 9pm. We were also next to the touring area but with it being early season, it was quiet with a lovely open view. We are definitely rebooking for September as it is perfectly positioned for local shopping, beaches, pubs etc. My only niggle (and it is minor) is the blatant disregard for the one way system on Hillside. There either needs to be much better sign posting (as well as speed bumps!) or a barrier system because it’s dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. Thank you for making our week so lovely! Better customer service. Understanding the basic requirements of what's required, hot water. Not admitting that a problem exists. Staff are not communicating with each other. refusing to accept that they don't know how to fix a problem.
