Our time at the Novotel in Nha Trang was great. The staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the seafood buffet, and the food and drinks were very well made. We had massages and facials at the spa, which were very professional and relaxing. While you need to cross the street to get to the beach, it is not very inconvenient and there are lounge chairs available for hotel guests. We also enjoyed that food and drinks were available at the hotel pool. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything is average here, seems like it wasn’t renovated since it was opened. You notice dirt and dust here and there. There is no rack in the shower for shampoo and gel so they’re just on the floor. Gym can be used by people from outside so it’s crowded. Didn’t even try to use pool coz it doesn’t look well. I stayed in Nha Trang in 4 different hotels so my recommendation is add just 4-5$ per night and you’ll get much better hotel.

Hotel is located in the tourist area of Nha Trang, but it’s not noisy. Also very close to a few great places to eat. The room we booked barely had a window, which was a surprise, as photos stated differently. Ok for 1/2 nights.

I would not recommend booking a small room without windows as I hadn't a good experience while staying in it. It's quite small, stuffy and smelly as there's no window and good conditioning system. The old AC was hardly working. There should be a free room upgrade which was mentioned by Trip. com, but I did not get anything even after asking and showing this option in the app to the hotel staff. Nevertheless I liked their breakfast, pool area and staff attitude to the customers

The hotel is well located behind the night market, five minutes walk to the beach, the hotel facilities are incomplete, there is no kettle, the elevator is small and pitiful, all three people struggle.
