InterContinental Hotels in Nha Trang

Sheraton Nha Trang completely exceeded our expectations. We booked Executive Suite, at 19th floor, right facing to sea. The room is spacious, has 2 balconies, 2 toilets, 1 massage bathtub, living room, and very comfortable bed in bedroom. I emailed to them what brand of mattress they use. I want to buy one at home. Front office manager Michelle, Director of Rooms Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong and the rest of staff are all very friendly and helpful. We admire their positive altitude of solving problems actively. Michelle can even recognize us and handed over her business card in breakfast hall. Spa is international price ( expensive than local normal price), but I have to say, it was excellent. I almost fell asleep. The highlights are too many to write here, I sincerely recommend you all to give Sheraton a chance to bring you surprise.

Since we came early than we expected, we asked for early check in, and they helped kindly. Facilities and workers were kind and room condition was also nice.

The location is pretty awesome. Close the beach ( just 30-sec walk ), near to the business area. And there is a convenient store downstairs, which is perfect for us. The staff is also friendly and nice. The view is my favorite. We are able to watch the sea as we get up everyday. However, the bathroom may be the main defect. The water from the shower is easy to spread to the floor that makes it so wet and slippery. And the power of water is not strong enough.

This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Great hotel! They gave us a superior room for five days absolutely free upon check-in. Very attentive staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. Daily small cleaning of the room, plus on request. It is quite possible to get vouchers for sun loungers and towels in the morning, the beach is clean. Dima and John are beyond competition, they speak Russian well, help to solve all issues. Very beautiful views from the windows. 15 minutes walk from the center, all the necessary shops, pharmacies and cafes are nearby. Delicious cuisine in the restaurant on the 28th floor. We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Helio and Anna
