The hotel is in a great location, just off the busy Clifton Hill. Some of the furniture is tired and worn and could use a bit of an update. The breakfast in bed is so great and really adds to the experience!

Booked for my parents anniversary and they mentioned that the bed was rock solid and effected ability to sleep in a 'spa" hotel.

Location is good. Close to the ferris wheel and restaurants. Had a nice stay. Arrived earlier and was given the room before check in time. They upgraded the room with the jacuzzi. Overall clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on time and delicious. Had a number of black ants in the room and fireplace turned on by itself at night. But the staff said they will check and deal with it. Would highly recommend this place.

Breakfast is better than I thought, especially croissant.

Everything was wonderful except soundproofing. We stayed in a room on the first floor and we can clearly hear people walking above us. Overall a good hotel!

The service was great. Breakfast served in the room was very good, and it offers additional options (surcharge), but it would be too much food. The shower features a steam/sauna, which we enjoyed a lot. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that nearby rooms can be a bit noisy due to poor sound isolation.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking.

Breakfast, front desk, and rooms are all very good, but the last guest in the room may have smoked. The room smells like cigarettes, mainly from the toilet, but it's not a big problem. Although you can't see the waterfall, it's better than hotels around the waterfall. !

The room is big, the bed is big, it is not professional, not used, the spa is available during the day but not at night, the only thing is that the bathing facilities are useful!

Very good hotel with good value for money. Breakfast delivered to the room is very considerate. The location is good, not far from the waterfall, so you can take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the day! It’s just that the hotel’s umbrella needs repairing. It’s turned around and doesn’t keep out the rain.

Very satisfied, the price is cheaper than the hotels I stayed in in the last 20 days, but the service is very good. The breakfast in bed made me very heart-warming. The room is also big and comfortable. Will come again next time.
