I chose this hotel for my first trip to Bangkok. Although breakfast is not buffet But it does not matter. The hotel has prepared 4 breakfast packages for you to choose from As long as you go downstairs before noon or in the evening, you can have a hot breakfast cooked on site. This hotel also has a small bar so you won’t be bored at night. The counter staff and restaurant staff are super friendly and the service is very good👍🏼 Cleaning staff needs to be stepped up. There is a sign at the door of the room saying it needs to be cleaned for two days. It just wasn't cleaned. I wonder if there are not enough cleaning staff? ! Although the hotel is quite far from the airport. But there are many 7-11 stores around the hotel There is also a small night market so you won’t be bored at night

Lightning protection is not recommended. When I arrived at the hotel on the first night, I thought the room was okay. Then I came back the next night and found that there was no waiter to clean the room. I hung up the Please make up room sign when I went out. On the third day when I went out, I specifically told the front desk that I wanted to clean the room. In the end, they simply cleaned it. The used towels and bath towels were not replaced with new ones. They were folded and put on the shelf for you. Even the used toothbrush and toothpaste were left. Not prepared. What was even scarier was finding bugs on the bed the second night. This hotel really has no advantages other than being cheap.

We fell in love with this big room. Like a separate apartment. All new. Good renovation. Nice environment. Everyone at the reception was very nice and friendly! But! They didn't clean our place for three days. Cleaning passed our room every time. When we went for a walk, they cleaned the neighboring rooms. When we returned in the evening, the room was not cleaned. We talked about this at the reception. They said they would remove it the next day. But they didn’t clean it the next day either. And it was the same. Considering that we warned about cleaning twice!!!
