We could not go since we got stolen our passports and belongings, and the hotel didn’t accept to refund not even one day. Bad service in case of emergencies

Excellent 4 star hotel in a fantastic location to enjoy a weekend in Nice

The staff was great, the to only had 2 English channels

Lovely staff, v helpful, location great, by the sea and centre of town, delicious fresh pastries with breakfast , delicious coffee. Rooms spacious. Shower was good beds comfy. Sound insulation not great in rooms , some of the tech could be improved. Couldn't cast to TV from tablet. More tea including maybe camomile tea would be nice with the tea options in room , but this is a small matter . We had a lovely stay and would return.

Mycket trevligt hotell i absolut bästa lugna läge. Nära till allt. Fina rum, frukosten var värd sin slant. Fantastisk personal i receptionen och event managern. Kommer färna tillbaka!

Alt var perfekt frokost, personale var veldig hyggelig og tilstede når som helst, rent på rommet, og midt i sentrum. Men på rom 420 var gammel møblel og hører all støy utfra.

A decent hotel in an excellent location. It’s not maintained well enough for me to consider it a 4-star, though it had some 4-star amenities. Overall a pleasant stay.

Chambre assez spacieuse et literie de très bonne qualité. Juste à signaler un problème d’eau chaude qui a rendu la douche matinale fort désagréable.

How anyone can say anything negative about the staff is a mystery they are so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Leila and Loan and all the others. Anyone who thinks otherwise is mistaken. The location is right by the old town the flower market is a few mins away as is the water. You won’t be disappointed on the hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Such am amazing value for money and if you want to have somewhere newly renovated then you can pay twice as much atleast. Well done on running a fabulous hotel in a wonderful city.

When we arrived at 3.30pm we had to wait 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready. I get to the room and the toilet was dirty. when I go to have a shower I discover that there is no hot water. I had to call 3 times before they sent someone from reception to see that there was actually no hot water. They then changed my room (smaller than the previous one). Due to this delay and their absence I was unable to go to an important appointment. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive thing is the location. The general manager of the hotel promised me a refund. I am waiting.

Pour accèder à l'hôtel en voiture, il faut prendre un sens unique à contresens. De même ensuite pour aller au parking. Au petit-déjeuner, pas de machine à café, donc il faut attendre qu'une serveuse débordée vous porte une tasse. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain : à peine tiède. Bars voisins extrêmement bruyants, jusqu'à 5 heures du matin au moins. Mais l'emplacement à l'entrée du vieux Nice est fort commode. Ce qui explique sans doute pourquoi la direction de l'hôtel se contrefiche du reste.
