The room is good, clean and adequate for 2 people at this price. They have information in English too.

i so happy to have discovered this hotel compared to apa. i like smaller hotels as there are fewer people. lacks vital amenities though

It has all the basics but it feels very heartless and cheap honestly, no room service below 4 nights, no amnesties in the room, metal, loud door, other loud Hotel guests at night shouting and lackluster wifi which sometimes isn't even enough to load a basic website to study japanese

Great location, close to restaurants and the Bandai area. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I stayed in a corner room on the 3rd floor, and there was an unpleasant drainage smell that didn’t completely go away.

the non smoking room still stinks smell of tobacco smoking. Afraid deodorizor was not sprayed enough for the smoking room.

there was a high-pitched ringing sound on 1 side of the building. it was painful. even after switching to the other side of the building, there's constant noise from the ventilation system. it was too loud on the top floor. the breakfast was really good. fish, eggs, fresh vegetables, fermented vegetables, yogurt, juice, etc. coffee and ice were always available but tea was only available during breakfast and after 15:00.

A cosy stay in the heart of Niigata, enjoyed the comfortable bed and relaxing bathtub. Breakfast buffet featured a good spread of local typical foods.

Excellent accomodation very comfortable and a great sleep for a few nights.
