飯店位置距離新潟車站及萬代商業巴士中心都很近，從新潟車站出發走路約10分鐘，會經過一條幾乎都是居酒屋的街，街上有一間7-11，快到飯店時還有一間LAWSON，飯店內的設備雖有點舊、房間空間不大，但不影響使用，可以接受，有提供免費的Wi-Fi，櫃檯人員服務態度都很好，用翻譯工具可以順利與他們溝通，櫃檯及餐廳皆位於2樓，櫃檯旁有洗漱用品、茶包可自行取用，也有提供咖啡機可喝咖啡及泡茶，2樓電梯旁還有個小空間，內有自動販賣機及微波爐可使用。
需要注意的是飯店雖有提供住宿3晚以上（含）的客人客房清掃服務，但需於每日上午9點前通知櫃檯人員，才會派人員前往打掃，若無特別通知，飯店只會額外再提供浴巾、浴袍及拖鞋並將其放置門外。
另外，飯店也有提供退房後的行李寄放服務，但需在當日下午2點前取回，整體住宿還算不錯，交通很方便，距離萬代商業巴士中心也只有7分鐘的路程，所以購物也很方便。

駅からも割と近いですが、静かな場所で落ち着いた雰囲気があります。駐車場が若干分かりずらかったですが、フロントの方が丁寧にご案内してくださいました。
シングルの予約だったのですが、ダブルのお部屋で広々使わせていただきました。
ミニキッチンみたいな場所があり、部屋の中がコップなどでごちゃごちゃしなくてよくてとても良かったです。
アメニティで選べるお茶も数種類あって、夜はノンカフェインのルイボスティー、朝は紅茶にするなど助かりました。
エレベーターがやや狭めで、タイミングによっては時間がかかるかもしれませんので、少し余裕を持って部屋を出る方が良さそうです。
ユニットバスの床がフローリング調になっていてなんだか落ち着きました。
一つ難点としては、シャワーカーテンか、排水溝か、気が付かないくらいですが何かにおう感じがありました。
部屋には全く影響なく、快適に過ごしました。
夜静かでよく休めました。ありがとうございました。

ユニットバスながらも、綺麗なお部屋でした。
2Fのフロントには必要なアメニティ(コットン、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、クシなど)が揃っており快適でしたし、何よりコーヒーを頂けるのがとてもよかったです。
