酒店距離寧波站很近，步行十分鐘左右。周邊餐飲店很多。房間寬暢，設施齊全。酒店無前台，入住前需聯繫酒店，憑酒店的入住短訊到酒店物業辦理入住，領取電梯卡。離店時在物業處退回電梯卡並確認退房，並電告酒店。

地理位置很好，離火車站很近，就是走路的距離，因為第一天到的比較晚，就選擇了這個酒店。
房間空間夠大，有兩張大床，可以住四個人，滿意。

沒有任何服務，管家衹會微信給你入住訊息和密碼，靠近火車站是最大的優勢，北廣場步行十分鐘，缺點很多，我住的2804房間第一晚有一條浴巾內有很多別人的長髮，而且還有味道，明顯是之前客人用過，但是沒有很明顯的使用痕跡，因此偷懶不換的。2804隔壁一間是長住的，晚上11點開始到1點都是很吵的説話聲和撞牆壁聲音。廁所地面有蟑螂屍體，和管家溝通後沒有任何反饋，第二天打掃蟑螂屍體還在，請問你這叫管家？28樓的房間開窗後都是小蟲子，影響睡眠影響休息。對衞生有要求，怕蟲子的避雷吧！

房間衞生差洗手間裏面很臭，門口連個標識都沒有找了很久，最後打電話給商家才説在售樓處進去，門口連個牌子也沒有，誰會知道在售樓處進去啊，沒有任何服務人員，就是微信給個房號和密碼

南廣場復悦城附近，商業便捷，基本上購物吃飯都有，離寧波站也非常的近，挺不錯。
我住過的公寓為數不多會有清理房間的服務，還是很好評的。
