Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. Breakfast was excellent - our guests were very pleased with our choice of this new hotel. I will surely stay there again when staying in Ningbo - both for personal or professional trips."

"The price-performance ratio is a bit poor, there is no breakfast, the room is small, and the 40㎡ body feels about 30. The rooms in Ctrip's pictures are all large, but they are actually very small, not luxurious at all. The swimming pool is about 25*10 meters. After dinner, adults and children came up and couldn't swim well."

"The hotel is located right by Xuedou Temple and a transfer station. It can be a bit tricky to spot if you're driving, but taking the shuttle bus up is very convenient. Perched halfway up the mountain, it offers a fantastic spot for watching the sunrise. Being able to head straight back to your room for more sleep after catching the sunrise really makes it great value for money. The chef's cooking was excellent. On our first night, only set menus were available, but on the second day, we could order à la carte. Since the road descending the mountain is quite winding, we ended up having both our dinners at the hotel. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, as were the koi in the pond."

"I've been coming to this hotel almost every year for the past few years, but honestly, it feels like it's been getting worse year after year. If it were just outdated facilities, that would be understandable and not a big deal. However, a decline in service and overall quality is a serious issue for the hotel. I'm listing these points for both potential guests and the hotel management to consider: 1. **Bathroom Hygiene:** The bathroom cleaning is far from thorough. In our room, there was a half-eaten biscuit behind the toilet, God knows how long it had been there. What's worse, throughout my multi-day stay, even after housekeeping cleaned the room, the biscuit remained until I checked out. It seems that biscuit has taken up permanent residence in the bathroom. 2. **Drinking Water:** The Panna bottled water in the room was only provided on the day I checked in. From the second day onwards, it was replaced with generic small plastic bottles. I asked the staff member responsible for restocking water, and the reply was, ”Sorry, sir, we're out of the glass bottled water in our warehouse. Here are a few extra small plastic bottles for you.” And here's the kicker: my family's room, just a few blocks away, *did* have Panna water! How incredibly stingy/lame is that? Or is the hotel trying to tell guests, through a bottle of water, that it's facing a severe economic crisis and lacks the funds to stock Panna water in advance? By the way, for bulk purchases, Panna water probably costs single-digit yuan per bottle, right? If stocking a hundred bottles in advance is too much pressure, maybe just don't provide it at all? Or perhaps the hotel can blame it on a purchasing agent who doesn't understand inventory forecasting. 3. **Mung Bean Soup Service:** In previous summers, housekeeping would deliver mung bean soup in the afternoon to help guests cool down. This year, it wasn't delivered even once until I checked out, making us assume the hotel had discontinued the service. However, we later heard that guests in other rooms *did* receive the mung bean soup. It's not about whether we got it or not, but rather that the hotel's attitude and internal processes are clearly flawed. 4. **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast selection has become increasingly limited and perfunctory. The most appalling thing is watching staff constantly add ice to the orange juice every morning, making it seem like there's an endless supply (but really just diluting it). Honestly, I could bring my own ice and donate it to the hotel; it's quite a pitiful sight. 5. **Restaurant Dinner:** Dinner at the restaurant is not cheap, but considering the high transportation costs to this mountaintop location, that's acceptable. It's fine if it's expensive but delicious. But if it's both expensive *and* not good, as a hotel, you really need to reflect on the reasons why. Recall how crowded the dinner restaurant used to be when the hotel first opened. Compared to that, the dwindling number of guests over the years surely points to underlying issues. 6. **Room Facilities:** Some seriously worn-out facilities in the room should definitely be replaced or at least deep cleaned. Otherwise, the overall guest experience is significantly diminished. *Throughout the entire hotel, the best service came from a polite and efficient young man with yellow hair who drove the shuttle bus for guests. He was courteous, efficient, and observant – he truly deserves high praise. The hotel's environment is good, and the surroundings are beautiful. When it was first built, you could tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. I don't know what happened, but the current operations are genuinely substandard."

"A treasure homestay in Xuedou Mountain, Ningbo, worth recommending. It feels like home after a trip. The flowers and plants in the yard are in full bloom. It is very pleasant to relax in the recliner while looking at the green mountains and white clouds. The bedding is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the proprietress is also very attentive to the guests. I stayed for two nights and still felt satisfied."

"I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super."

Because it was already nine o'clock in the evening, I stayed at the hotel naturally late. I originally booked an ordinary room. "A very pleasantly surprised hotel with a great environment and complete facilities. The rooms are also large, with smart controls and are very clean. The overall number of rooms is not too large, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full, and it's very quiet overall.
