NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll.
Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right by a subway exit. Our room's window directly faced Tianyi Square, offering expansive and beautiful city views. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a really thoughtful and convenient touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, styled with a minimalist, light grey decor that created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. It had ample lighting and a convenient service call button right by the bed. Breakfast was light, delicious, and well-balanced, catering perfectly to a wide range of preferences. The front desk lounge on the first floor was thoughtfully designed and very inviting.

GGuest UserI booked a 60-square-meter Ruiya twin room with my colleagues. The check-in service and the sanitation of the hotel's public spaces were all good. The room is spacious, the facilities are well designed, new but no odor, and parking is free. I am quite satisfied with my stay. Unexpectedly, after checking out and arriving at the parking lot, the car's battery had a problem and wouldn't start. I asked the hotel for help, and the manager was awesome. He came immediately and used his own car to jump-start us. After working for a long time, he found that the hybrid car's battery was under the trunk. The trunk couldn't be opened because the car had no power, but because we were in time to catch the flight, we decided to leave the car here and let someone pick it up. The manager saw that we were very anxious and offered to take us to the airport. My colleagues and I were very grateful to the manager and fortunately we caught the flight. After we left, the hotel front desk helped to keep the keys, handed them to the person who came to pick up the car, and sent me a message to tell me that the keys had been taken away. Give the store manager a big thumbs up!!!

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

GGuest UserA fantastic accommodation experience! It's right next to Lingqiao East, and the lively area is just across the bridge. The room was spacious, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, and even their clothes rack was high-end. The towels were nice too. There was Wi-Fi, a kettle, an elevator, and a room key. A truly excellent accommodation experience, and the price was very reasonable.
