酒店位置還不錯，主幹道，周邊1公里有萬達廣場，餐飲比較方便，房間給我們升級了18樓的精緻房，房間設施比想象中的要舊，但還齊全，衞生間乾濕分離的，整體還可以，21樓的早上自主餐不錯，阿姨煮的年糕是特色，一定要嚐嚐，前台服務比較專業，態度很好，這個價位確實已經出乎意料了，可以推薦給朋友。

第一次來寧波來奉化，計劃第二天去蔣氏故居雪竇山，臨時挑選了太平洋大酒店，提前先電話聯繫了酒店，諮詢我想預訂的房間是否可以加床，因為我們還帶了個七十多的長者，不放心讓她一個人睡一屋，表示可以加床後就下了單。到了酒店，接待我們的工作人員叫劉特，他很貼心，看到我們一家三口和一位長者的組合，説有間同價位的家庭房更適合我們，地方夠大，加床也不擠，怕我沒概念還帶我上去看了之後再做決定，看完確實很滿意，當時就覺得這酒店雖然裝修沒那麼新了，但管理和服務絕對還是上檔次的。對了，還給我們送了入住水果！就真的挺好的😁

酒店房間設施陳舊，根本不到四鑽的水平。房間衞生差，牀頭櫃很臟（讓保潔阿姨上來擦過，但是擦不掉），這種作為酒店不應該直接換掉牀頭櫃嗎？兩個房間的歡迎水果也沒有。早餐一般。也許是因為五一假期，房間含雙早428元/間/晚。不值這個價格。

酒店位置很好，對面就是文化館和體育館，前台的樑女士服務熱情，看着帶着小孩還送了水果零食禮盒，小童拖鞋牙刷，房間很大也很整潔，200出頭的價格在奉化算性價第一了吧！下次來奉化，肯定推薦朋友住這家酒店。

住在20樓套房，正值淡季，20層非常安靜。房間寬敞，床鋪柔軟舒適，雙衞。
入住時的前台女員工不僅漂亮亦頗有禮貌，還巧遇帥氣的酒店經理盧總，臨離開時還送了我一個水果禮盒。
早餐雖不奢華但恰到好處，酒店停車也很方便。總體來説，性價比槓槓滴。
下次再來奉化，必選此家酒店。

太平洋酒店應該是本地老牌子酒店了 雖然硬件設施和新開酒店比起來不夠“現代” 不過老豪華酒店的硬件還是奢侈的 酒店還有自助早餐 前台Miss樑也很熱情幫忙換了稍有煙味的房間 點個贊 下次來奉化必回來再住🥇

住過最差的四星，感覺最多三星水平。1，攜程上顯示設施有健身房和乒乓室，但是前台説健身房是別人的要花錢，乒乓室沒有。本來就是想打乒乓定的這家。2，衞生堪憂，床底下像垃圾桶，床單上有血跡，酒店更換阿姨還説不是血跡是銹跡。3，早餐也很一般，看到別人的評價曬圖西餐有蛋糕，但是我住的時候沒有，咖啡機也衹能出美式，而且還不能用，説是要清洗，等了半天快吃完了才讓用。

房間面積挺大，服務態度不錯，送了小零食。剛進去發現地上有瓜子殼什麼的沒打掃乾淨，跟前台反映，馬上就去打掃了。停車也方便，就是沒有充電樁。
