Ningbo Jiangbei District Hotels

Family trip. Everything was great except for breakfast. Wasn't really a fan and not many choices that suited me. However soybean milk is good as well as the scallion pancakes and youtiao. Would be willing to stay again.

The location is excellent. After playing in the Old Bund at night, you can cross the road and come back. It is 1 km to Tianyi Square and 1 bus stop away. The room is exquisitely decorated, just like the one in the Ctrip video. What you see is what you get. The front desk staff has a good attitude and the cleanliness is also very good. Here are two suggestions for the hotel, hoping to improve: 1. Is breakfast only served once, on a first-come, first-served basis? I arrived a little after 8 o'clock and there were no dishes. I left at 8:40 and there were still no dishes (see picture). 2. It is recommended to install a buffer device on each room door, otherwise you will hear the heavy slamming sound in the room, which is thrilling. At first I thought it was some impolite guests. Later I tried it myself and it was the sound of the door closing automatically. It was very heavy and there was no buffer, which affected my rest.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Huagang Hotel. The close proximity to the nightly light show, the museum, great street food and high end restaurants made it great - day or night. Not much English spoken but my translator filled the gaps. WiFi on China is nowhere near secure enough for my taste and the lack of Google products, Facebook, instagram etc is a pain but manageable with forethought. You simply HAVE TO HAVE Alipay and/WeChat on your phone or you can’t function. I still haven’t figured out how to get money into WeChat from Australia with big losses from Aussie banks or relying on Chinese friends. I got burnt badly by Telstra I think - still not certain until I get home, but make sure you turn roaming data off and use a local SIM only. It appears even though my Aussie phone was hotspotted everytime to my Chinese phone, Telstra charged me a fortune for validation of WeChat/weixin payments. Which should have been free of charge through the wifi hotspot! I plan to challenge this Shen I get home. Tony

The room is very new and quiet. The housekeeper Xiao Jiang is very enthusiastic and will contact in advance to help reserve the seat of the banquet stall downstairs. After visiting so many places, I stayed at Dalezhiye for the first time. Although it was a little late, I became a fan immediately. ”Dalezhiye, the King of Xia started the dance here, riding two dragons, with three layers of clouds...” Such a beautiful homestay with an artistic and humanistic atmosphere, and extremely clean and convenient, plus the good service of the housekeeper, really makes people nostalgic. Before checking out, I bought a Cicheng Dalezhiye refrigerator magnet at ”Yeyouji”. Every time I see it, I think of this row of quaint long windows and doors under the big tree... Next, I plan to stay in ”Dalezhiye” one by one!

I found a super artistic hotel on the Bund of Ningbo. The layout of the room is also very exquisite, full of literary atmosphere. The bed is soft, as comfortable as lying on the clouds, and sleeping very comfortably. The room is well lit, you can see the beauty of the Bund when you open the curtains, and the mood is bright. The breakfast on the second day was rich in variety and tasted good! The hotel staff service is also very warm, from check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel very comfortable.

Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night. After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review. The above.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and the entrance to Ningbo University is very close. It was very night in Shanghai that day, and there were cockroaches. The staff were very welcoming. This time I went to Ningbo to bring my friends' relatives to do orientation, so the location of the hotel is very important, convenient and close and the price is reasonable. The room is big enough for two people to live and put luggage. And the hotel is quiet, the quality of sleep and the experience is very good. The only problem is that there is no lift here. If you have mobility problems or you can't climb the stairs, it is best to make a reservation to explain that you live underground, otherwise you will be able to get up and down. I have a heavy luggage, because there is no lift, so I did not carry it upstairs (the luggage is used by students but not in a hurry to open the hotel), so I put it at the front desk, the staff is good, help with the luggage and placement. I forgot to fork the electricity in the luggage, and it was OK, I went to open the luggage, and I felt no trouble at all.

As soon as I stepped into the homestay, the charm of the country was full of charm, and the architectural and decoration details were very particular, as if I had traveled back to ancient times. You can feel the historical charm of the ancient county when you go out, and there are many foods around. The rooms are elegantly furnished and warm, with complete facilities and high quality, comfortable bedding and a good night's sleep. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the stay experience is directly full! Next time I come to Ningbo, I will stay here!
