Having learned from the previous experience of staying in the annex building, I chose a deluxe twin room this time. The room was located in the main building, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, so I immediately opened the window for ventilation. In front of the desk in the room is an old-fashioned cloth-covered wooden chair from the 1980s (sigh, this is a hotel with cultural relics as its highlight. This kind of wooden chair is probably difficult to find on the market). After sitting on it, one needs to keep a squat position. Sit properly, otherwise the chair will shake a lot. The TV in the room has also been unavailable. The internal phone in the room is a decoration and cannot make calls. I could only contact the front desk with my mobile phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was still no one to deal with these annoying problems. I had to call the front desk again and urged the floor attendant finally. She told us that the chair could not be replaced and we could only use the small chair by the window. She would report the situation to the manager. The deluxe room once again gave me the feeling of staying in an ordinary guest house. I was so drunk...

I decided to find a place to live when I went out to play, because the time was late, so I brushed this house and booked it directly. When I arrived at the store, the front desk was still on the light, the little girl was not impatient, and the registration was fast. The room was unexpectedly clean, not fooled because it was late at night, the sheets were dry, and the bathroom had no smell. The air conditioner came out as soon as it was turned on. The location is also convenient, just on the main road, it is easy to take a taxi, although it is midnight, but the surrounding area looks very safe. It feels special to live. I originally wanted to find a place to make do for one night. The result was far more than expected. If I go out to play in the hotel in the future, I will definitely think of it first.

Overall the room is big and comfort with full auto curtain control, big screen for entertainment large comfort bed. Request for late check in and late check out the front desk never failed to commit. This times they did upgrade my room for my staying experience. They did their very best to accommodate my staying experience. Will definitely come back next time. The most comfortable service and the best hotel I have stayed at during the National Day holiday. It was already very late when I arrived. Ms. Guo at the front desk saw that I was not feeling well and took the initiative to upgrade the room for me. I felt warm after asking my questions. Although the room is not very clean and tidy, the small design of the basin is very practical. Although the breakfast on the second day was simple, it had everything you should have. Surprisingly, there was freshly squeezed watermelon juice by yourself.

The room is very new and quiet. The housekeeper Xiao Jiang is very enthusiastic and will contact in advance to help reserve the seat of the banquet stall downstairs. A Ningbo souvenir was also given when leaving the hotel. Compared with other Ascotts, we need to learn more about Ningbo Ascott. It is very close to the Drum Tower, Tianyi Pavilion and other attractions

The hotel design itself is amazing / rooms are big, quiet, huge windows- well equipped. Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. Breakfast was excellent - our guests were very pleased with our choice of this new hotel. I will surely stay there again when staying in Ningbo - both for personal or professional trips.

There is no problem with the dishes, but it feels that everyone is dancing and busy. It is obvious that the front desk lady is frying eggs and cooking noodles. I think I want to watch a person wearing a chef's clothes and a kitchen hat do these things. Recruit the staff in place. There is also this projection KTV from late to early. It feels like getting up early in the morning to drink porridge and listen to Eason Chan's exaggeration. This hotel lacks a management operation, and even the music can't be controlled. It can only be said that the quality of guests staying in more than 300 hotels is also uneven. The children shout and yell regardless of anything, and everyone knows who is shouting to order food in the air. The same goes for the auntie who collects the tableware. The cart is always around you. I stood up to get something before I finished eating, and my tableware was collected. My bag was still on the seat. Again, the staff training is not in place. Third, the cleaning staff, I have seen many times, always checking their phones, and they can locate them by voice. As soon as you open the door and go out, they shout from a distance whether you want to check out. If it is Hanting Home Inn, I would not be surprised, but I think your hotel should not be opened according to Hanting's development goals. The front desk should inform the room cleaning whether a room has been checked out. An auntie who is watching videos on her phone shouts to you, which is somewhat unprofessional service. If the hotel is permanently positioned below 350 during holidays, I don’t think there is anything that needs to be changed. If it wants to break through this price, there are really many services that need to be upgraded.

The hotel is next to the center of the commercial plaza. The environment is really good. There are KFC and McDonald's downstairs. It is mainly convenient to eat nearby, supermarkets, fruit shops. The front desk lady Xiao Zhou has a very good service attitude, very warm and attentive, and feels warm when you come to a strange city! The room sanitation is also good, the price is very high, I will choose this one next time I come to travel!

the hotel is alright, it’s clean and has all you need but the best part is that it’s walking distance to all the good stuff in the city, the old bund and street night markets!
