The front desk can’t English sometimes hard to communicate, there’s word we don’t know… and don’t know how to say. Bathroom there’s wasn’t clean enough…. There’s splashes vomit or something in the bathroom. And the cleaning service get in the room…. We didn’t ask for cleaning up. We didn’t turn on the lights. They open the door.

The service is thoughtful and intimate. Provide early service. The surrounding environment is very good, there are many food and beverage outlets, and travel is very convenient. It belongs to a quiet hotel. Have a chance to come again next time!

Because I came to work nearby, I stayed here for one night temporarily. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The hotel living environment is also good. ～ Takeaway at night can be delivered to the door by the waiter. The front desk service attitude is also very nice. The living experience is good.

I went there because of the 4.9 rating on Ctrip, but after checking in, it was still a little far from my expectations. It can't be compared with Qingdao Haitian Hotel and Suzhou Bay Hengli Hotel, which also have 4.9 ratings. The hotel's hardware is a bit old, the service is standard, the food is just okay, and the feeling of staying here is very average.

Review: we find very pleasant the stay in the Hyatt Centric, specially they are amazing with dogs , our dog has been welcome for everyone , the new room is very bright and clean, the hotel is amazing and we really recommend it.
