Stayed here many trips as is great location within a mall with lots of food and shopping. Very near to the airport. Is near to PIK food heaven too.

Great hotel with extremely clean rooms. The room size is spacious with a very nice bathroom with the amenities you need. Love the rm view ๐Ÿ˜ shopping mall just below the hotel๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘โœŒ๏ธ

Location is good, easy to move around. Next to shopping mall. Easy access to airport. Room abit small. Breakfast not much variety.

I forgot 500, 000 Indonesia ruppe on the hotel table. But when we come back to get that money. The cleaning stuff doesn't admit they get the money....

Everything in the hotel is good except for the breakfast. The food is not for everyone & limited choice.

I stayed from 26 Feb till 5 Mar 25. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good . The biggest disappointment was that my Samsung tablet was stolen from my room, and the hotel could not do anything.

Decent hotel with basic amenities.. Next to mall so it's very convenient. But bit old so the hotel room reek a mouldy smell. Bedsheets not the purest white but for a short stay it's fine.

Time to change the towels. Dirty and yellowish. Breakfast never seems to improve. Please do something! Location besides mall with cinema and many food choices - thatโ€™s only reason I choose here.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.
