Valerie at the front desk was so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Made me feel right at home and really grateful that I chose your hotel. Lobby and elevator were very clean as well as the dining area. Breakfast was appreciated as well. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. There was some scary brown liquid drips on the wall next to the bed, so not perfect, but overall I would still recommend.

The floor was never cleaned for 4 days and very dirty. And a big noise problem: randomly the shower door fixings would start to creak in the middle of the night and wake us up. They talked about sending a technician to fix it but I don't know if he came because the problem continued until the last night.
