We were there a while the whole family ,and my elderly parents , what an amazing experience , we had the time of our life , food was just extravaganza never understood how they did it !! I remembered to leave a review as this year only 4 of us are in beach club Doganay 🤮and it’s so bad especially the food that made me realise how grateful I am to Granada hotel , thank you for making good memories for my parents❤️.

Hotel tries really hard but falls down in many areas. It’s not a 5 star resort albeit the service is very good and it’s definitely a solid 3 to 4 max on a good day. If you are on a budget and want copious amounts of booze and food and don’t mind loud and brash guests, go for it. If there any issue, guests services really do try are. Think twice about using the hotels own transfer service. Going out was fine however comping back, my baby left a few breads crumbs on the back seat that we missed when leaving. The driver very rudely complained and sped off. Got to be one of the rudest people I have met. Stay away from the hotel transfer!!

Arrived in May 2023 (11 of us) 4 familys,Rooms lovely and clean-mini bar stocked every day, beds made fresh everyday-we stayed in a normal room just up from the lobby area for the first 8 days and we had our eye on the king suite from arrival-i asked at reception if it was available and if it was how much to upgrade the family-the manager said he could upgrade us when the current family left at a cost of 400 euros (working out at 100 euros a family) perfect!!!! Its the best suite ive ever stayed in its huuuuge and we all had our own rooms/bathrooms -higghllly recommend this if theres a few of you-you get views of all the restort here-you will not be disappointed, overall great holiday nothing to complain about..location isnt the best theres not much around if you like to venture out to different bars and restaurants.i would deffo go back but we like to try different places.

Reasons to go: 1. Good choice of food. 2. Great cocktail bar. Reasons not to go: 1. Located in the middle of nowhere. 2. Talking to Yulia in Guest relations was a waste of time. 2. Front of hotel is facing a speeding highway which (Onthebeach) removed from its advertising photos. Room was awful where nothing worked and we could not open the balcony door due to the noise and pollution. 3. If you are any colour apart from white, then Mr Sitki Gedik and his animation team will simply treat you like you are invisible. By far the worst animation team I have ever come across. 4. Excursion companies in the hotel lobby are a rip off. 5. The room we were given was only big enough for 2 people but there was 4 of us, I was offered a family room for £300 more, when I refused they said £280, then £250, then £230 and then came down to £200!! What a bunch of crooks. 5. Reception staff are by far the worst I have ever encountered. Upon checking in, Mr ANIS rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed he has to check us in. We were offered no drinks yet others were. This attitude remained the same throughout the stay. A really rude person. 6. Staff in pool bar making derogatory comments towards young girls and women in their own language. One mother understood what they said and proceeded to tell them off and shut up. As someone that has spent numerous years in the hotel Industry, I suggest Mr Anik to make immediate improvements especially with the FOH team, Guest relations team and Animations team. All 3 are shockingly bad.

This was our 2nd time in Granada Luxury Hotel. We are very pleased with service. Food with huge variety and delicious. Very good entertainment. Ibrahim (operations manager) and Julia (customer relationship mager) are great assets to this hotel. We got upgraded rooms without additional charges. However, the spa manager Yahya (so-called doctor) and Georgyi have no idea about customer service. Yahya even mentioned that European have no idea what does mean „medical massage“. He will provide you a free 15 min massage (by ladies from Africa and Asia) to find out what kind of treatment you need. These ladies make a standard statement and out of 10 people, it works on 1 or 2. In my case their statement were 100% wrong. My wife took one treatment and ended up tears. We would love to go to Granada Luxury Hotel again, but will never waste our money on cheap massage treatment there, as Yahya provides very poor service with European price level in Turkey.

Meillä oli todella upea 9 vrk perheloma. Saimme odotettua paremman ja suuremman perhehuoneen pyytämättä. Hotelli siisti ja aivan rannalla. Allasalue viihtyisä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Ruoka ja juomat maittavia. Voisimme tulla uudelleen!

Stayed here the last week of Aug. We arrived and had to wait over 30mins to check in. We had booked a land view room but was given a sea view with no balcony which was lovely. Room was large and very clean, mini bar topped up daily. Only downside to the room was the constant banging from what we assumed was the lift going up and down. Food was very good, plenty of choice. Our two children are fussy eaters, they absolutely loved it and managed to find plenty to eat. The outside BBQ area had a fantastic selection of food every night. The puddings were the only thing that we thought let it down. Same each night and all tasted the same - very bland. The pool is huge and very clean. It is deep so had to buy rings for the children. Beach was lovely, again very clean. We hired a gazebo for the day, well worth the money. Entertainment was good, kids loved the foam party that was on one night. The shows we saw were also well put together. Did see a couple of people who required first aid (not the hotels fault) I have to say the staff dealt with these efficiently and in a professional manner. Overall a fantastic hotel with hard working staff, we had a great week. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I see that all the responses to review's are "we would love to know in details what was missing from your holiday" so I expect a different and not copy/paste answer. Had a 7 nights holiday at Granada Luxury and the overall experience was average. I do appreciate all the diversity of food and the impression that is a luxury hotel, but the staff services are very questionable. That specific spa guy was the most annoying person I've ever seen, he was harassing me + my wife all the holiday ( to the point where he would touch her in different muscle zones in different days in different location - just to prove that she needs the $100 package. ). To be honest it got to a point where I was ready to hurt him in self defense. That was truly the point when he realized he should stop. Oh, yes. Another thing that is missing and I can tell you in detail: the 24/7 advertised doctor service, which as you can guess, is a big lie. As someone mentioned in another review that a lot of people injured at the pool, well, one of those were me. I went to the 24/7 doctor cabinet to ask for more band aids but the only option was to call an ambulance. Since I thought that some band aids would do the job, I asked for them at the reception. Just to find out that they don't have. Let me say that again: they don't have in a 9-floor hotel a first-aid kit. Or they didn't want to search for it. Anyway, I got some from the Guest Relations, bought more from the city and donate everything to the reception so that the next injured person would find help at the reception. So yes, management, this is what is missing from you, in very detail. You are missing some empathy within your staff members. Unfortunately, I would never choose this hotel again.

**Positive:** - It's worth noting the friendly guests we encountered during our stay. The atmosphere created by fellow guests added to the enjoyment of our holiday. - The hotel's housekeeping staff was also exceedingly courteous and friendly, enhancing our stay. - The sandy beach is a true highlight, especially in a region where such beaches are rare. - The sea and the water sports program were definitely highlights. **Negative:** 1. A significant point of criticism concerns the towel exchange process in the spa area, which was problematic due to very unfriendly staff and a lack of towel availability in the late afternoon. Consider enabling towel exchange at the beach, providing an ample supply of towels, and training staff in friendliness. 2. The constant solicitations on the beach for massages, tours, and shopping were annoying and should be reduced. 3. The rooms proved to be very soundproof, leading to disturbances from neighbors and hallway noises. 4. The misleading elevator numbering should be urgently replaced with simple numbers. 5. The concept of paid à la carte restaurants was disappointing. Consider allowing at least some of these restaurants to be used without additional fees to enhance guest satisfaction. 6. The buffet restaurant was acceptable but could offer a greater variety of seafood and beef. 7. The check-in p

*This is our personal opinion and experience during our stay at the Hotel Granada Luxury Okurcalar in September 2023.* **Positive:** - It's worth noting the friendly guests we encountered during our stay. The buffet restaurant was acceptable but could offer a greater variety of seafood and beef. 7. The check-in process upon arrival was extremely unsatisfactory and lacked information about the hotel's layout. A thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities should be standard. 8. The animation team disappointed with a lack of interaction and poorly executed evening shows. 9. Service at the bars was inconsistent, and some lacked friendliness and efficiency. The number of bar staff should be increased at high-traffic locations, e.g. Sharky Night Club. 10. The disco bar and the layout of the disco itself should be reconsidered to create a better dancing atmosphere. 11. Napkins and trash bins were missing at many locations in the pool and beach areas, affecting the overall impression.

The food was really great lots of choice and they had branded soft drinks on tap which was great. The cocktails at the bar in reception were AMAZING! the entertainment was rubbish to be honest. We went to the game room one night and you had to pay £10 to play pool and £12 for bowling which was ridiculous. The man at the games room swore at me aswell behind my back as I didn’t pay. The location is not good, it’s derelict outside the hotel and about an hour drive to anywhere good. The housekeeping was good they did well with keeping the room clean however they did steal some money from my purse but it was only €4 so we didn’t bother arguing. The men who take you up to your room stood there waiting for a tip, a lot of the hotel wait for a tip and it’s difficult to say no. Some get aggressive if you don’t tip. The hotel was a good stay but just didn’t match the expectation. Pools were great, overall staff was great, wouldn’t say it is a 5/5 more a 4/5. If you are wanting a relaxing holiday then go here but if you are the type to explore Turkey then this hotel is not right for you.
